Summerspell 210 is a one-bedroom/one-bath condo across the street from the gorgeous beach. This charming condo offers gulf front views without the gulf front prices! With a California King in the bedroom, twin over twin hallway bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, this condo can sleep 6 guests. Open up your french doors in the mornings and enjoy coffee on your own private balcony as you take in the spectacular views. Summerspell is a beautiful, intimate complex with only 30 units, located just down the street from Pompano Joe’s. The immaculately maintained lush landscaping features palm trees, tropical shrubs, and flowers. Directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell has a seasonally heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry. Don’t forget to snorkel around the Dolphin Reef, comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just off Miramar Beach!

You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Summerspell 210 was very nice. The Master Bed and Bunkbeds were so comfortable. The AC was very cold which was so nice! The Balcony had a great beach view for our morning coffee. There was a large place to hang towels and swimsuits on the balcony which was very useful. The only thing that could have been better was the hot tub did not get warm, and we did not know how to turn the heat up. It would have been nice to have a larger TV in the bedroom. The area felt very safe. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay for a family!

Great view from the patio of the beach. Property was clean and quiet. Perfect for couple or family. Bunk beds and master bedroom was very comfortable, would not recommend the pull out couch according to my daughter. Pull out couch. If you are looking for a party place this is not it. No bar or music around the pool. Family vacation perfect.

My mom and I had a lovely week in this condo! Our favorite part was the balcony - sooo peaceful and the sunset each night was jaw-dropping. We ate dinner, read, and hung out on the balcony for much of our stay. Beach right across the street, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great walking pathway in front of condo, and good restaurants within walking distance. One note: the AC unit in the hallway makes four loud knocks every time it comes on - it’s right beside the bunk beds and living room sleeper-sofa and disrupts sleep. Hopefully this can be remedied!
