This property was very clean. We loved the beachfront view. The balcony was great for keeping all of our beach toys, wagons, chairs, etc. Beds were comfortbale and the showers were amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely look at staying here again.

I loved absolutely everything. Me and my family have been coming to Destin for years, and this place was definitely my top 3!!! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable and most ideal location to the beach. The walk was so short that I was able to make several trips back and forth if needed. It was quiet and super safe also! You have to have codes to even get to the beach and back so I felt super safe being by myself out there. Will definitely book here again and suggest taking a look at this property if you want to have a fabulous stay. Oh and one more thing, all the food places, Walmart etc….. are all in walking distance or a 2 mile drive!!!!!

Great space recently remodeled and well done. Great being on a lower floor. The beach chair situation was difficult the first day being on the 3rd row and having to watch kids at the beach. Hopefully the rules around beach chairs change soon or it will impact our decisions on where we vacation.

My stay here was wonderful! The view was amazing! I love coming to Sterling Sands because it is right on the beach, close to everything, and they have umbrella service available for a small fee. This unit was so convenient because I could easily walk up the stairs just one level if the elevator happened to be in use. The unit itself was clean, modern, adorable, and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The unit is beach front so the view is spectacular. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach with a pool. I would purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season. A few days before Idalia, I asked to cancel and they said absolutely not, just a heads up. The first story isn’t on the ground floor so we took an elevator down one floor to access the water. Also, you can’t bring your own shade or tents or chairs to the beach; it’s required to buy their umbrellas and chairs at $45 per day. And you need to buy this wrist band to wear around the pool for $10.75… that no one uses. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

I loved the condo! It was great, on the first floor, great views, easy to get down to the beach and pool. The condo did have 2 beach chairs that we were able to take down to the beach. ONLY THING I did not like was that they were not clear about the fact that you had to rent the 2 chairs and umbrella that are on the beach if you want any shade at all. You are not allowed to bring your own umbrella. $160 for 4 days. So we didn’t expect that. Other than that, great place!

Great place. Enjoyed our stay. Smaller room with bunk beds really needs some blackout curtains. The light from the breezeway at night was extremely bright shining through the blinds and made it look like daytime in the room. Made it very hard for anyone to sleep in there. Also was not informed there was a separate code to get back in the gate coming from the beach and had to get it from another guest. I was only given the door code to our room and the fitness center code. Even upon checking in to get our parking pass and wristbands, no one told me there was a separate gate code. Overall, though, it was a very nice place.

This condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved being on the first floor, just above the pool and beach. The location is in the middle of Destin and close to everything, easy walking distance to The Back Porch. There was a lot of exterior painting be done, which never was a problem for us. The complex is well maintained, and the management company reached out to us several times to make sure everything was fine during our stay. This is a really nice place that we will stay at again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sterling Sands 111. The first floor was great for not relying on the elevator. It was also elevated enough to have a great view of the pool and beach! The room was very clean and offered everything we needed. We especially appreciated the 3 beach chairs and beach toys/boogie board. The only issue was that we arrived after 4:30pm on a Saturday and our wristbands and parking pass were not in our room. The office did not open again until Monday. Luckily it did not cause a problem, I spoke to security and they allowed us access to the pool and beach and the car was fine in the parking lot. I definitely recommend this unit!

We loved staying at Sterling Sands 111. We had the perfect view of the ocean and the pool! The condo itself was beautiful. Very updated with granite countertops and very clean. They had a lot of things avaliable for use within the condo such as beach chairs, dishwater, coffeemaker, etc. I was pleasantly surprised as I’ve stayed in beach condos before and they tend me to older and outdated. The walk to the beach was short. The pool was perfect size! There was also not many people there. I do like how there are guards checking wristbands so that people aren’t inviting others over or other people coming in that aren’t staying there. It was a very family friendly environment - lots of families and no college kids. Really the entire beach was, which was so nice!! We will definately be back someday!

I called Island Getaway and they found a beautiful condo in Destin for my husband and I which was facing that beautiful turquoise water and white sand. We ended up at Sterling Sands by default....we were booked at The Capri but upon our arrival we were told there was an issue with our condo we were offered the opportunityy to move to Sterling Sands 111. We were delighted to stay in this well appointed condo. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. Our favorite place was the lanai where we could have our coffee each morning, We had a great view of the beach and it was fun to see the day begin there. The beach was beautiful, loved sitting in the beach chairs each day. Also enjoyed the pool and sunning ourselves on the comfortable lounge chairs. We were on a girls trip, but this condo would be great for a couples trip or a family vacation. The location of the condo was great! Close to everything that we needed! We will return!! Hopefully next year!!

This was one of the best condos that I have ever stayed in. Absolute beautiful view and in the perfect location to observe the pool deck and the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation on our holiday break. The property is great with amazing views from the private balcony. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Also very convenient for New Years Eve, we went to the Harbor where they were having an out door concert and fireworks at 8pm and at mid night. Harmony Beach Vacations staff was so helpful in planning our trip and giving suggestion on activities. It was a great time of year to go to the crowds!!

This unit is in a great location, and is very convenient to all of the great restaurants in the area. Target and Walmart are very close as well. I don't recommend renting this unit for two adult couples, as the second bedroom is rather small, and does not have a closet. The a/c works perfectly, and is cold and quiet. The view is great, and the beach access couldn't be easier. On-site staff are great. Harmony staff are awesome. The fitness center falls short of the mark for such a large complex, but is enough for being on vacation.

Overall, a great trip and unit. Excellent view and access to the beach. Easy parking, property well maintained, staff friendly. A couple of quirks with the unit that weren't a big deal once we figured them out. Do not try to open the right sliding glass door to the balcony; use the left door only. The master shower drips loudly unless you really crank down on the knob to shut it off. Otherwise, a great place to stay. This was our first visit to Sterling Sands and while not a luxury unit, it's perfect for the two of us us as we were there for the beach. The pictures on the website are accurate.

This was our 4th year at this condo and in this unit. We love it! Right on the beach with a heated pool and hot tub- not all properties heat their pools.The unit had had some updates in the past few years- all new master bedroom suite, plenty of new storage, and new carpeting, new dishwasher and refrigerator, ample size pantry.GORGEOUS view of the gulf, beach and pool areas.East ACCESS to the pool and beach- a priority for us.HARMONY BEACH VACATION Management have been SO good to us. No matter the issue, no matter the problem, the office staff is helpful and maintenance people are efficient and prompt!They take care of their properties AND their clients.The Sterling Sands property is beautifully maintained with many recent updates- exterior paint, new pool deck, new landscaping and CLEAN.

Loved the size of the condo bldg. (smaller which makes for quieter spaces...e.g. pool, hot tub, parking). Loved the the middle of everything and about 1/2 hr. drive from airport. Loved the convenience of shopping for fresh seafood nearby and cooking it in the suite (which was equipped with everything you would need to cook.)

Overall excellent vacation rental experience. Property was in a wonderful beachfront location with beautiful view. Property was very clean and well maintained. Harmony Beach reps were very friendly. Would highly recommend !

Great Location and clean condo. A little outdated decor but who cares when you are seconds from the pool and beach. Also you can walk to the Back Porch restaurant for a drink and food. Great Place! Also, the rental company was great. Very simple to work with and no problems getting the keys and getting in at 2am. This vacation was perfect!!

My wife and I came down here with our 15 month old son and stayed at Sterling Sands 111. The condo was great. Clean, good condition. Master bedroom very nice. Second bedroom is small, but worked well for us--a pack and play fit nicely. The pool there is very nice and easy access to the beach, which was not crowded. Beach chair rental was very expensive ($28/day), so we just used our beach towel near the water. My wife also used exercise center and said it was nice.
