Welcome to Spyglass 103, a comfortable and stylish condo perfectly located in the heart of Miramar Beach! With pool access, a private balcony, and just a short stroll to the beach, it’s the ideal spot for a family getaway or couples’ retreat. Off the beaten path, Spyglass #103 is a private 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome and is ideal for families or small groups looking for a restful beach vacation away from the crowd but still close to everything! The sparkling community pool is steps away, and beach access is within very close walking distance down a quiet street -approximately 350 yards. The ground floor master bedroom boasts a king bed with private patio access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The ground-floor guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle and an ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the kitchen and living area where you will have access to a large balcony with both pool views and partial gulf views. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite counters and stainless steel appliances. You will love the vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the living areas and the sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room. There is a second guest bedroom on this level with a full-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The next time you're in need of a peaceful Gulf getaway, look no further than Spyglass #103!

Most units feature Gulf views from the 2nd-floor balcony as well as private patios on the 1st floor. Guests at Spyglass Townhomes will love having dedicated beach access and a community pool. You will be close to everything, including Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining, and a host of other activities!

Area Attractions:

Spyglass #103 is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything went so good! Everything was clean the beach is GORGEOUS and it’s so close, the outlets mall is just across the street pretty much, the only thing is the place only has 2 parking spots and made it i bit complicated trying to find parking for the other cars but everything else was so nice and beautiful!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was amazing — there were so many shops and stores close by, even within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The beach was literally right there, and it was beautiful! The sand was so soft, the water was crystal clear, and it felt very family friendly.
The place itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I truly felt like I was at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Nice house in a nice location

I cannot say anything negative about this. Very nice house, very responsive property owners and location right next to the shopping on one side and beach on the other..Dont buy anything if you are staying nearby.. winn dixie is a 10 min walk.. Dollar general market is a 2 min walkwe all enjoyed..

Good place to stay

The only issue I had was I wasnt aware it was upstairs with the kitchen being upstairs. I dont remember reading about stairs, and maybe I should have seen it was upstairs from the outside view, but I didn't. We had two 1 year olds we had to be extra careful with on the stairs . Other than that the stay was very pleasant. It was roomy enough for all the guests .

Family vacation

We had a great week at the beach. We had three generations staying with us. We really appreciated the property management company, RealJoy. Every interaction with them prior to and during our stay was exceptional. We loved the property. Our only issue was not being able to turn the thermostat down past 70 at night, during the summer in Florida. I would recommend bringing a box fan for sleep.

Great place really enjoyed stay

Property was very nice. Kitchen and living area was upstairs and a little concerning with toddlers and a 1 year old but wasn't a major hassle. There was a plastic baby gate in laundry room that gave us some sense of safety. Overall great place.

Destin family trip.

The property was in a great location. Close to the beach walking distance which the kids loved. Property was clean and the kitchen made it better for cooking meals at the location and not spending a bunch of money eating out.
