Shell Yeah!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shell Yeah. The house had everything we needed and more! Questions were answered quickly and kindly. Great location for public beach access and the pool was perfect for the kids! The location was central to most of the main areas of Destin so it made it very convenient especially with kids. Would definitely book again in the future.

Dont hesitate book it !!! I can't see any reason that anyone would say anything less of what this vacation home is worth ! It was fantastic ! Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay here ! Everyone was all smiles and very comfortable ! Any time I am in Destin . I will return ! This home has anything and everything you could need! Bringing your favorite items and essentials are just a bonus . The community pool was huge and in walkable distance . The beach was a hit ! Very nice ! The free shuttle service was a great bonus so make sure you tip they do such a great job getting everyone to and from the beach quickly ! I was able to call in and ask any questions randomly whenever I had any question's which was only like twice .Just like calling the receptionist at the front desk of a hotel is was super nice ! Full instructions and tid-bits mentioned around the home to assist . This home and company is outstanding ! Please take care of this home so that we all can return again ! :)

Great place, clean and nice pool, the only thing we didn't like was the loud noise of the trash truck that woke us up around 6am everyday during out stay. obviously we wanted to sleep late but it was hard to do because of the noise. Other than that, our stay was great.

2 Familien mit 12 Personen, 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, darunter auch Kleinkinder (3-4 Jahre)
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war top. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (ohne Kinder). Es war sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Haus war alles, was man braucht. Jedoch haben 1-2 Spülhandtücher mehr und ein Wäscheständer gefehlt. Kaputte Dinge, wie Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle könnten ausgetauscht werden. Der Stand war ein Traum. Sehr sauber.
Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Very great place and location for this family trip, spacious for guests. Cable tv and wifi connection were good. Noticed on the list there was a mention of an indoor pool, but location provided where. Great community pool, loved the available beach supplies. Suggest reminding guest to purchase laundry supplies and beach tools prior to arrival. Early check-in availability would've been great too, but understand allowing the staff an opportunity to clean the home prior to new guest arrival. We plan to return and use this home again if available.

We had to reschedule our Fall Break at the last minute. Hurricane Ian destroyed many things, including our plans. I’ve been to Destin dozens of times over the last 30+ years. Great property, very close to Mid-Bay Bridge. Easy to get groceries, go to dinners, and avoid the traffic on the main road. My Brother in Law wants to buy this property. He fell in love immediately.

Some complained about the noise behind the house. 3 business garbage bins being emptied daily. The bedroom in front never heard it. The back bedrooms definitely hear it but it was 4:30am every morning for about 15 minutes,not all night. We used a sound machine to help. We had deep sleepers so it didn’t effect us to bad. House was very clean and had the necessity’s to cook a meal. There was both a regular coffee pot (bring coffee filters) and a Keurig. Biggest issue was the beach the shuttle takes you to has a very small section for public use. So there was no where to set up for a day at the beach, do to so many people on such a small stretch of beach. Drive down to the beach around the Crap Trap to have a day at the beach. We did come in June which is one of the busiest times of the year. Bring a baby gate if you have little ones! We didn’t bring one thinking the house would have one and constantly we’re finding things to block the stairs from the 2 year old.

We stayed at Shell Yeah for 3 nights and it was a really nice experience! It’s located close to different beaches and many restaurants. It’s a beautiful place and it accommodated our entirely family comfortably. When we had questions, we were able to message the owners and got replies pretty quickly.

Great stay in Destin! They have plenty of room, beautiful pool and a grill with a propane tank! Unfortunately there was a lot of sand when we first came and the bathrooms could have been cleaner but aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. We managed to squeeze three cars in the drive way without being on the street so that was helpful. The property manager came by and he was very welcoming and accommodating!

I had a great time with my family here in this beautiful home. We had more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We also enjoyed the pool on the property, and my older children could walk to the shopping mall across from the subdivision. The beach was a bit further than we expected, but wasn’t no more than a 20-25 minute walk. Overall beautiful experience, and definitely will visit again!

This place was incredibly accommodating. Clean as a whistle and just really chill place to kick it with family. Only thing I would recommend is a tv in the room with the bunk beds. Location is close to the beach. Parking is incredibly limited. We rode around for 30 minutes because we were limited to 2 vehicles and we had 3 in our party. May not be the owners fault but it’s a drawback. Ultimately security allowed us to park the 3rd vehicle on the sidewalk.
