This spacious, fully updated 3BR/3BA villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer in the hallway. Upon entering this two-level villa, you’ll be welcomed into a bright, open living and dining area. Step out onto the large screened-in deck to enjoy peaceful lakefront views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The main level includes the living and dining areas, the kitchen, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second guest bedroom with a full-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a full guest bathroom, and a spacious master suite. The master features a king bed, a beautifully updated en suite bath, and its own private screened-in balcony overlooking the lake. Just steps from your door, take the boardwalk over Stewart Lake for direct access to the sugar-white sand beaches and the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant. These low-rise villas are a short walk to the beach, and all units feature a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, 5 pools (two are seasonally heated), an 18-hole championship golf course, and 8 tennis courts. Under 200 yards to Whale's Tail Bar and Grill, 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlets, and just 3.8 miles from Grand Boulevard Town Center, Seascape Lakefront Villas is the right place for your next beach vacation!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife, and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Seascape Lakefront Villas is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved our stay here! A great location. It was even closer to the beautiful beach than the pictures made it look. We walked on the beach every morning and were easily back & forth a lot. Coffee shop, gas station, shops, restaurants were all close and there was a lot to do! My kids loved the basketball court and the pools were fun and close. The lake setting added to the relaxation and peaceful scenery. A minor suggestions would be to include a printed map of the resort and amenities. The first day was a little confusing to figure out which amenities belonged to which resorts but I found some residents to help. We really enjoyed the balconies, view, location and plenty of comfortable seating. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!

Gorgeous Music Vacation Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and equipment; a real home-from-home. The beds were also very comfortable. During our stay there was some maintenance needed. Real Joy were very responsive, and the technician was excellent, very friendly and reliable. We would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Great location and clean condo! This condo was well maintained and had ALL the kitchen item you would ever need to make dinner for your family or small group, even a couple crock pots. Furnishings were nice and clean and outdoor porch was beautiful and decorated well! Fridge worked great and the bathrooms were clean! We did have a couple maintenance issues, but they were quick to fix and when they couldn't fix one immediately, they even sent a gift bag of goodies as a thank you for being patient with the fix. Overall, I would stay again and we all agreed the value for the location and amenities was perfect! Thanks for letting us borrow "Beach Please" for a weekend!
