These low-rise villas are a short walk to the beach, and all units feature a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, 5 pools (two are seasonally heated), an 18 hole championship golf course and 8 tennis courts. Under 200 yards to Whale's Tail Bar and Grill, 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlets, and just 3.8 miles from Grand Boulevard Town Center, Seascape Lakefront Villas is the right place for your next beach vacation!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Seascape Lakefront Villas is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was breath taking!! My son and I came just for a few days and it was perfect!! Super clean in all areas and rooms, awesome little patio overlooking lake, close to the Whales Tail, super close to the beach, the bed was very comfortable and clean, never heard any noises from the room, private parking and we didn't have to deal with "people" on the elevators and waiting. I will definitely stay here again. No issues at all.

I used to go to Sea Scape with my grandparents and getting to go back to the same condos was awesome. The beach/beach bar(yeah, there’s a beach bar) is less than 2 minutes walk! The condos themselves are great and very comfortable for a pretty sweet vacation.

A beautiful spot nestled between a lake and the Gulf. We did experience some minor issues, but overall we loved the place and would absolutely go back. The location is beautiful. The condo is decorated with beautiful beach decor. They were doing construction in the near vicinity, but we were warned and offered a minor discount. The beach is literally just across the street. Will most definitely return to this location.

We had a great time!!! Very convenient place to be if you want good food and great access to the beach. There was some construction going on so the lakeside porch was unavailable but I’m sure it will look fantastic once it is finished. RealJoy communicated this issue to us beforehand so it wasn’t a big deal.
Thank you so much to RealJoy for making our stay amazing and simple. We only stayed 2 nights but we had a great time. We will definitely keep RealJoy and the Seascape Resort in mind the next time we book a vacation at the beach.

Everything was great for our small family. We were so close to the beach with maybe a 5 min walk. Showers to rinse off before were great before we headed back to the condo. We also enjoyed the pools and great restaurants. RealJoy was a wonderful host responsive and checked up on us. Our family can't wait to make another trip to come back.

Cool & Windy

Very nice property, very clean and everyone was nice and friendly. The only problem was the TV. It would shut off every 3 or 4 minutes for 30 seconds and come back on. Made it hard to watch. This is our second year and we will book again 2025. Thank you, Rick & Deb

Love Seascape

Great condo for a couple. Enjoyed the location close to the beach crossing. We love the amenities in Seascape and always search for a condo in that community when we visit. The rental process was easy and quick. Enoy the check in and out online. We always eat out so dont cook but the kitchen was well stocked for those who do.

Have stayed in the Seascape complex before, but first time staying with RealJoy. I would always recommend both. Great area with Wales Tale across the street with beach access and down the street is Badass Coffee.

Seascape Lakefront 1 bedroom

Seascape is always a nice resort area, This 1 bedroom for our needs well for this trip. Would suggest having a nightstand on both sides of the bed & to relocate the sticky fly strip from the front door area - gross. We enjoyed our stay and the location is unbeatable for the price.

Einfach Traumhaft Einfach Traumhaft

Die Lage ist super , besser geht es nicht. Apartment Pool 100 Meter entfernt, und das Meer 500 Meter ca. Einfach traumhaft. Es fehlt an nichts im Apartment, von Waschmaschine bis hin zum Ofen ist alles vorhanden , sogar Strand Stühle + Strand Schirm ist vorhanden. Kann dieses Apartment nur jeden ans Herz legen , besser wie jede große Hotel Burg in der Nähe. Den kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür ist auch noch zu erwähnen ???

loved that it was clean!! had a teenager on the fold out couch, a couple of nights in decided to switch to loveseat that pulled out. she liked that better. perfect for the 3 of us! stocked kitchen for cooking. Easy walk to beach ,loved not getting car sandy on beach trip!! The area was busier than what I was expecting the condo was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to beach ,pool out the front door and thank God for a washer and dryer with a week with teenage girls. A Great week!

Everything about our stay at 114 went well. As described with a definite coziness that we enjoyed. At times the upstairs neighbors were noisy but nothing horrible. Fantastic location within a short walk to cross the street to a great deep whitesand beach. We would return here again. Thank you.
