Treat yourself to a getaway at Sandpiper. A luxurious 3 story 5-bedroom 5.5-bathroom home located in the Crossing District of Watercolor. This home has a beautiful outdoor entertainment space boasting a private pool. On the first floor, you will find a king guest room with a private bathroom. You will find the great room that has stylish wood floors and a kitchen that is any cook's dream on this floor too. On the second floor, you will find 2 king guest rooms and a king master bedroom. All with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. Third floor you will find 4 queen beds and a bonus room that has foosball and plenty of seating for endless family fun. Come start making memories at Sandpiper that will last a lifetime.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Guests staying in Watercolor will have access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced Watercolor Grill and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Area Attractions:

Seaside is a fantastic destination within walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This home is absolutely stunning in both design and decor! I travel often and am very particular in my choice of vacation homes. This one is top tier. However there was an issue with the refrigerator never properly functioning. Although a technician came out to service it on the second day of our stay, it still failed to function even after he stated it was repaired. Having such a late check in due to the cleaning and preparation process doesn’t allow enough time to handle such an important issue. I consider it a fair expectation that the fridge would be a top line item on the preparation checklist, which should include a timely temperature preset so it would be cool enough to store groceries. We did manage a work around for this issue and still managed to enjoy this amazing luxury gem!! It’s a definite 5 out of 5 and I would most definitely book again!

Check In was easy and complete. Kitchen could use some help with utensils etc. Limited supply. Bedrooms were great and kids loved the upstairs! All 5 had a place and entire floor. Pool was nice, but small and understood as there is no land to increase it. Loved the opportunity for all the pools and beach. Great time and even saw a bear 2 doors down.

Sandpiper was definitely as great as advertised. We feel lucky the dates were available when we found it. Watercolor amenities were awesome for kids, giving us tons to do. It was tucked just far enough away from the craziness of 30a traffic to feel super quiet, but yet it was only minutes away from Seaside shops and the restaurants, the Watercolor beach. We will be back again!!

Beautiful home. Truly stunning. Big bedrooms. All with their own baths.

Loved our house. Minor hiccups. The back door to the pool has an alarm that cannot be disarmed for pool safety. It’s very frustrating b/c you have to use the side door to enter yard/pool. The dishwasher took several times to start up. Please update the page on what type of coffee maker is provided so you can come prepared. Towels were short in master bedroom and a couple of the 2nd floor baths don’t have window coverings. Felt very awkward. Great small pool. Could use a couple loungers
