This home has a beautiful outdoor entertainment space boasting a private pool. On the first floor, you will find a king guest room with a private bathroom. You will find the great room that has stylish wood floors and a kitchen that is any cook's dream on this floor too. On the second floor, you will find 2 king guest rooms and a king master bedroom. All with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. Guests staying in Watercolor will have access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced Watercolor Grill and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Area Attractions: 

Seaside is a fantastic destination within walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
