The guest room provides a queen bed and twin-sized sleeper chair, as well as a work station for checking emails and the ability to work if needed. Loved it and will be back for sure!!!!!!

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! We loved everything about this condo. Had a few issues with the air conditioning but they made everything right and were very quick to respond. Parking wasn't the best. We did have a great parking space but were smashed up against the wall. A few times my husband had to crawl in and out the passenger side. Very tight fit!

I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was extremely clean, it had everything you could possibly need, and all the technology was such a nice touch. I've stayed in several condos in Panama City Beach and this was by far the best. Parking a full size truck in the parking space was a little rough at first, but even then we were so close to the elevator we couldn't complain much. If you're looking at this condo and it's available for your dates, this is the one you want!

Great location!

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Ocean Reef, first time in 1203. This condo was clean and had all we needed for our stay. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony when not on the beach. Easy booking and no problems with the proprty management. We hope to make a return trip!

This place is awesome. We couldn't believe how beautiful it was and was shocked at the high quality of furnishings...adjustable base and Bluetooth/heated mirror in main bathroom. Everything was better than I expected.
