Start your vacation off right when you stay at Misty Cove 109, a newly updated townhome in Miramar Beach. The open concept main level features a large living area, dining area, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new countertops, cabinets, and sink. You will fall in love with the calming, beach decor and the gorgeous crossbeams throughout! The first level also has new luxury vinyl plank flooring. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, including the master bedroom, equipped with a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, along with two guest bedrooms; one with a king bed, and the other with a twin over full bunk and pull-out trundle. If you need more room you will find a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 10 guests in total. There's plenty of room for your group to relax on the outdoor screened porch or take a dip in the amazing community pool, just steps from the porch. This lovely townhome has been updated with new furniture and fresh painting, and is sure to give you the perfect beach experience!

Located in Miramar Beach, Misty Cove Townhomes are beautifully appointed rentals that feature all the comforts of home you need during your getaway. Guests will love this low-density community of two-story detached townhomes, with less than 40 units total. All townhomes have private balconies and patios. Picture yourself lounging on the pool deck, soaking in some sun. After a long day of fun, gather everyone around the community barbecue grills – all you need to have a good time is some charcoal, food, and friends! Headed to the beach? Discover nearby access to the Gulf of Mexico at the popular restaurant Pompano Joe’s. When you aren’t splashing around in the sea, exploring Destin is a must. You are just a short drive away from Destin’s incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You’re also nearby other great dining spots in Miramar Beach, so get out there and try some of the local cuisines! You won’t be disappointed.

Misty Cove 109 is convenient to both the action in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

God's Plan

Perfect oasis for all of our children and us to gather as a family under 1 roof. Safety was well thought about when building this community. Peaceful, beautiful, and uninterrupted serenity. Great place for 1st family vacation!

The location was perfect for going to the beach or lounging at the pool. The pictures are accurate, the place was clean and perfect for our family of 6 on our first family vacation. Check in was a breeze and our stay was wonderful! Loved the screened porch downstairs and having morning coffee on the upstairs porch. One major perk was having a washer and dryer to do all of our laundry during our stay!! I would highly recommend this unit!!

My family and I had a great time at this Airbnb. Traffic is a little busy but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. The beach and the pool were easy to access and everything about the rental inside was clean and up to date! We would definitely stay here again!

Property as advertised

Beds were comfortable. Nice having 3 bathrooms with showers. Plenty of cookware for what we needed. Even saw there was a crock pot which is nice if you want to eat out less. With minimal work you can be at the beach all day and your dinner is ready when you get in.

This condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and the AC kept us cool! The beach was just a few minute walk and the pool just a few steps! It was our home away from home! Great stay overall!

We were the first guests to stay here I believe so we took a chance that it was as described and it exceeded our expectations! GREAT location - you could walk to beach or just a short drive. House felt very open yet cozy. There is an ice machine that makes awesome ice- great for cold drinks. Two balconies with plenty of space. Masterbed was memory foam I think.Very comfortable. Plenty of room for our kids and us to spread out. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again! Real Joy were great hosts. Responsive and checked on us during the stay.
