We thought the house was great. The location was good. The gold cart was useful because we had a good amount of people and kids to get to the beach. I used the gym that was on site. Overall it was a great vacation. Really nothing they could have done. The beach access doesn't have a place to was off feet, so it was a sandy walk and/or drive back to the house.

We stayed at Mare Del Regno in Destiny East the week of 30JUN-5JUL. The house we stayed in was even better in person. Very clean. Great location inside gated community. We had a small minor inconvenience with the smoke detector/alarm system but RealJoy was quick to address the issue. Any questions we had before or during our stay they were quick to respond. I will definitely book more vacations to stay in properties they manage. 10/10 for me and my family.

By far, this was one of the best Airbnb that my family have stayed in. It was very spacious with multiple common areas and three balcony/patio areas. Five bedrooms; each had its own full bathroom and a “working” TV with cable. We barbecued on the gas grill and enjoyed the family games that were already in the house. Oh, I can’t forget the surround system….I love music so it was perfect!!! The house even included a golf cart but a deposit has to be paid before use, however you will get your entire deposit back, which is great! Beach is probably less than a mile or two from the house, walking distance! Overall, 10 out of 10….great place to stay!!! I will most definitely be looking to stay in a RealJoy property again!

My family and I really enjoyed this clean, spacious Airbnb. The house came with so many amenities but just to point out some of the important things to me, that other airbnb homes does not includes, was games for family night, a golf cart, 3 outdoor sitting areas, 2 commons areas, and a TV and bathroom in each bedroom. I rate this home a 10/10 and I will most definitely stay here again. It was all I expected and more!!!!

Everything so beautiful and so spacious! Our group of 14 was comfortable. Only problem was that the tv didn’t work downstairs, but there were so many other spaces to be in the house we weren’t to put off by that. The amenities (pool, etc) were top tier. Golf cart was helpful too! Loved it . We will be back!

Absolutely Phenomenal!!!
We typically stay on the beach and was doubtful about staying here due to the beach not being right outside the back door. Wasn’t even an issue, with the beach less than a minute, literally because I counted, it was perfect. You can drive the cart to the many different restaurants and stores. The place itself was magnificent! everyone had plenty of room plus each room has its own bathroom!! Don’t forget the clubhouse less than 30 seconds away in the gated community. Huge pool, hot tub and gym. There’s just so much I can say about this place that I can’t cover everything.
If you get the opportunity to be able to book this place, Do It! You’ll thank me later.

Super nice house, we were eight adults and everyone had their own space. No one ever felt like they’re on top of each other.
I recommend highly, will probably be back in the summer. And having the included golf cart was a huge plus to get around and explore.

Beautiful, very spacious, very clean home perfect for a beach getaway with family. The house was even nicer than pictured. Hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely will book in this subdivision again. Loved that the golf cart came with a rental without extra cost because we used it for the beach and the pool. Many locations charge too much to rent a golf cart. One thing the owners should do is verify the cleanliness after the cleaners complete their service. We found a lot of dried hair on 2 shower walls, mold in the caulk of a bathroom, and mold in the sink drain of one of the bathrooms downstairs. This leads me to believe that bathrooms are not being cleaned properly and made me paranoid about the sanitation. Another thing to mention is that as soon as we checked in at 4:30pm, HOA almost wrote us a ticket because there were trash cans left on the curb by previous tenants. If we weren't outside unloading our vehicle we would've gotten a ticket/$100 fine. Maybe mention to tenants not to leave trash cans out or have property manager check the area before new guests check in because it's not fair the the new guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 9.

We loved the location. Amenities were pretty good. It felt very safe. Comfortable, nice and clean place. Beds were pretty comfortable. AC worked well. Not much. You could list more of the things the house already has such as blow dryers and kitchen tools so that people don’t have to haul and bring those things. We would have preferred an actual bed vs pull out couch in the one extra room on the second floor.

Large and spacious. Very clean. Loved that each bedroom had bathroom. Nice patio areas to do yoga or eat outside. Short walk or golf cart ride to beach. There’s a lot of stairs if you have older relatives with you. There were beach chairs, toys, and umbrella available for beach use. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. Extra fridge in garage was a plus as we cook in instead of dining out. We had 10 people and If you are there for more than 2 nights you will definitely need more toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and bath soap. The coffee pot used regular ground coffee or Keurig cups. The community pool and hot tub were very nice. Management company very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.
