Majestic Towers 1-1710 is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 17th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a queen bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. It also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a full-size kitchen, spacious eating area, and an open living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

The room was great. Super clean and well stocked. The beds were all comfortable and the pull out couch was suitable for children. All of the bedroom and bathroom doors shut fully and have working locks. Water pressure in the shower is great. The cafe/shop in the lobby is well stocked and makes great Starbucks. Pools are clean. The walk down to the sand is a super short one and the shack that rents out beach chairs is almost directly in front of the walkway out to the sand.

This is a nice place, everything we needed, and a beautiful view. The property was very nice and also has a shaded pool, which was great for kids for a break from the son. Location is convenient to many PCB attractions. We had all the dishes we needed and condo is very nice. Would stay again!

Great condo! Sometimes it took a few minutes to wait for a elevator being on the 17th floor was too far for stairs. But the stay was WONDERFUL very clean and a great view!!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The view from balcony was great. Very modern design. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were enough. I am a woman that likes to cook my own breakfast/ meals. I had everything I needed.
Staff at the resort was friendly and helpful.
I already recommended and shared this condo to my family and friends.
We would like to comeback again!
