For extra sleeping room, there are twin bunk beds in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room! This cozy unit sleeps up to 6 people. The stocked kitchen is great for the chefs in your family! There is a breakfast bar that seats 3 people and also a dining room table with enough room for 6 people! Although this condo is not as updated as others we’ve stayed in at this complex it was the cleanest! It is well stocked and has comfortable beds and furniture and I would say the best view of all the ones we’ve stayed in before. We had no issues at all and enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our grandson! Can’t wait to book again!

Lovely getaway!

My family has stayed at this property numerous times over the course of 10 years. The condo is lovely and spacious. This area is seriously unbeatable; we have never had issues with crowds. The only thing I would note to be aware of is do not leave anything by the pool/grill area! They will come by and put unattended items at the office. Washer and dryer services were great as usual. Overall, still an amazing place after all these years!!!

The room was very clean and very nice location. I loved how close it was to the beach. The master bedroom fan made an awful noise sometimes and kept us up and the bottom of the pool needs to be cleaned more often.

25th year

My family and I have been staying at latitude 29 for decades. We always have multiple condos. The location is great, each condo and update depends on the condo. The onsite property manager is pretty rude. While doing your job you can be kind especially to paying guests. It's not only the family in the 3 condos we rented that agree. In speaking with 2 separate families they have said the same thing. Chill out let us enjoy our vacation (you can do your job and be nice). The actual off site property manager of Real Joy was great, but onsite needs help, cleaning could be improved in number 10 and pool and spa area could use a make over. Sadly after rude onsite interactions we will look else where next year for our multi-family vacation.

Love the location, not crowded area of Panama City beach but close to grocery store and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Great gulf view. Love the hallway bunks and two baths, one with tub and one with shower. Small but adequate kitchen that overlooks living area. My adult daughter and I loved it!!

Right on the water!

The location was great. Very quiet and away from the bustle. We loved the wide windows and the balcony right on the beach. ☺️ I think checkout was too early. Checking in after 4 and out at 10 takes almost a full day of your vacation.

A great, long-weekend getaway...with only 1 hiccup in the process

We really enjoyed our time at Latitude 29. The only hiccup occurred multiple times when we tried to enter the BEACH GATE code. The beach gate was broken and took us several minutes every time entering and exiting to get the code to finally work to provide us access to the beach and then back to the condo. Hopefully the beach gate will be repaired soon to prevent future guests from their having the same issues (with both gates to the beach).
