This recently updated, 1BR+Bunks/2BA condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. From the large private balcony, living room, and open kitchen (with a Keurig), you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Laketown Wharf 1403 is perfect for your entire family and will have you coming back year after year!

**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The place was amazing beautiful surroundings walking distance to stores and dinner spots. My on problem with the property is the elevator kept breaking down we had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs sometimes. But I would visit this place again we loved the inside of the house and balcony views!

Honeymoon

The place was amazing! They prepared rose petals and towel doves, a champaigne with more roses. True honeymoon welcome, everything was amazing. Clean, confortable, excellent location. We were even able to extend our stay an extra day on a discounted rate. Would absolutely come back! I missed to have a beach chair and a hair dryer to be able to use, but so minor things, it didn't bother us at all, we 1000% recommend it for everyone!

We absolutely loved 1403 at Laketown Wharf. Exactly as described in photos. Easy access to the beach across the street. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We even loved the view just sitting on the couch. It would just be nice to have the key code to the condo before we get there. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super clean! It smelled great upon entry! Easy to communicate with! This was our first place here. We felt a little lost initially because of how big the place was but we were able to figure it out! We would definately stay here again!

Very nice! Would definitely stay again. The only downside were how packed and slow the elevators were. Sometimes you were waiting 20 mins. But the room and location itself were perfect.

Everything was great. You deff need more supplies than given such as trash bags and TP & the parking garage is a STROKEEE from the unit so a wagon is a must for toting all the stuff back & forth but it was an amazing unit! The kids had a blast!!!

Nice resort

We enjoyed our stay condo was really nice only problem was on the day we got there we waited 40 minutes for an elevator it’s on the 14th floor so no way I was climbing that many stairs with all our luggage and food. Most guest said that the elevators are always slow

Beautiful unit!

Our unit was very beautifully decorated and updated. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony, the view is amazing! We enjoyed the light show and music on the lake each night. The beach access was convenient with the added bonus of having Pineapple Willies right next to it! Great vacation!

The place was very clean. Easy to get in and out of. Beautiful view. Came with fun extras and is very conveniently placed near restaurants and the beach, all within a five to ten minute walk. The building also has good restaurants at the bottom.

Satisfied

We had a great stay at this property! My only complaint would have to be the elevators! Other than that, our room was beautiful, clean and our family had a great stay for our first time in PCB! The room was furnished with everything we could possibly need for the week. The master bed was so comfortable and I slept amazing! We will be back.

The room was beautiful. The view was nice as well. Had issues with our door. It got jammed and we were locked out. They did fix it pretty fast though.
