With a queen master bedroom, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Located on a 500 ft stretch of Scenic Hwy 30A, the gated community of Hidden Lake Condominium offers 45 dwelling units, modern swimming pool, and gym. This brand new development is right across from Goatfeather's Seafood Restaurant and an easy walk to beach access. Rent some bikes and enjoy a pleasant bike ride along the nearby Scenic Highway 30A bike path.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Really great location to the beach. We thought the sleep was comfortable in the bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I’d improve on is the door is a little wonky to lock. But I loved the convenience of the codes to get in and out. It was exactly what we needed.

Last minute long weekend with our College girl! Our place was just right for trip. The beach was a short walk and the ocean was beautiful. The only issue we had was the hot water didn't last long..... We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with a family of 4 and had no issues except the clothes dryer was not cleaned and had to receive maintenance in the middle of our stay for a "clogged ventilation" issue. Other than that great stay and great location.

RealJoy vacation home was a great place to stay at while we visited the Santa Rosa beach. The place was clean and adorable. The area was very cute and walkable. We really enjoyed staying here for our girls trip. It was safe and a nice home away from home. The only thing I would change would be the beds; they were not as comfortable a bit on the softer side, but if you like soft mattresses you will be fine. Overall the place and the area was very nice. We had the most wonderful Spring Break stay at this condominium! We've stayed here before and have tried a few different rooms, but this one was definitely our favorite. Being on the first floor was a game changer for us, as we were able to easily roll our beach wagon straight up to our door without any stairs to climb. Plus, the kids were thrilled to have their own bedroom with two twin beds - in the past, we've stayed in rooms with a hallway bunk bed, but having a separate room made a big difference. We were impressed with how clean the condo was, too. It's always so nice to walk into a space that feels fresh and well-maintained. If we had one suggestion, it would be to consider keeping a wagon and umbrella in one of the closets for guests to use. Trying to fit four chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, and our luggage into the car for the drive was quite the challenge! Overall, we loved our stay and we’re already dreaming of our next visit and hope to return soon!

It was an easy stay! Clean, updated condo with simple rules to follow. Great location close to beach, pool & places to eat! I would recommend renting a golf cart! Although it is not that far if a walk to the beach if there are two adults, it is much easier to get all round the community with a cart.
