For those who prefer to work up a sweat, there is an on-site fitness center or steam room. Condo was great for my family. The beach was peaceful and not overcrowded. The heated pool was perfect temperature and stayed open until 10pm. The Hot Tub was huge so many people could fit without being right next to somebody. The sauna was very nice feature. The balcony was large and well furnished.

This will be a place that I stay in the future. I loved the views from the condo! The kitchen was amazing as well. The furniture is a tad older and you can tell that it is gently used but that makes the place feel more like "home" to us. We had a wonderful time and just soaked in the views. The place was perfection to come back to after a long beach day...and made the homey feel much better to be able to cook home-cooked meals in the kitchen. Thank you for all of your help!

I really enjoyed the stay in this unit. The overall setup and feel were great. I was looking for a place with great balcony, and I got it! The views were unmatched and furniture is very comfortable. There is nothing better than having coffee or meal with the view like this.
As for the condo itself, it was nice and comfortable. However, I’d agree with other reviews - it needs to be held to higher standard as far as cleanness. It could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We did not have any children in our group or anyone who’d spend time on the floor, but if we did I’d be very concerned.
We cooked some meals at home, and found kitchen stocked with house hold items pretty well with exception on knives. They were pretty flimsy.
We’ve experienced an incident in the condo that required maintenance crew to come in, and the whole thing was resolved promptly. Property management replied quickly and I found it easy to communicate via text messages.

I love staying at Emerald Isle-very clean and the people working there is great. This was the first time staying up on 19th floor and it was worth it. The elevators were fast and everyone who got on along the way always had a smile…..asked where you were from….and always said have a good day! Mike’s across the street was great-and we went to Thomas’s down the road several time. I would definitely recommend staying here and RealJoy was very easy to work with and always answered back immediately-Thank you for a great trip!

Had a few minor maintenance problems that were addressed quickly . Absolutely loved the balcony, had a lot of room. Floor was dirty, our feet stayed dirty all the time, so if that bothers you, definitely wear shoes inside at all times. A little high on price but otherwise was a great room and communication was quick. Office to check in was hard to find, there weren’t any instructions about the office to check in being on the 4th floor.

This condo was the perfect location for a beach trip. Beachfront and easily accessible to the beach and elevators were quick. Parking was close as well. Our favorite part was the huge balcony!
