This stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is situated in a quiet community with plenty of space to entertain your family and friends. Watch the sunset from your 3rd-floor balcony. The chef in your group will love the modern kitchen, equipped with ample storage space for your group's next meal. There is ample seating in the dining area to enjoy your delicious meals. Have a cookout on the back porch after a fun day in the sun. With 2 living rooms, both kids and adults can have their own space to relax. On the first floor, you will find a queen guest bedroom. On the second floor, there's a king master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a full bed in another guest bedroom, comfortably sleeping 8. The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay at Cool Breeze! The house was nice and clean upon our arrival and spacious for my family of 6 guests. There was a smaller washer and dryer on the first floor but I especially loved that the bigger washer and dryer was on the second floor down the hall from the master bedroom. The kitchen is beautiful with new KitchenAid appliances, however the cooking utensils were okay and there aren’t any containers if you cook and have leftovers. The walk to the beach was not too far for me, but may be too far for hauling chairs, umbrellas and coolers like we did, so I highly recommend renting a golf cart to make trips back and forth to the beach easier. The balcony view is nice and can see sunsets, but you can’t see the beach. The property came with 4 really nice bikes, but if you have a party of 6 like my family, I’d highly recommend renting 2 bikes to have one for everyone. Overall, it was a great stay and RealJoy host was very proactive with information and responsive!

We LOVED staying here! Plenty of space for our family, amazing kitchen and 2 washer/dryer set ups! The beach it walkable, but we ended up using a golf cart rental that was right down the road! Anything we needed was within 5 minutes of the house! Fully stocked on towels and cookware. Definitely one of our new favorites and we would love to come back!
