Area Attractions:

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was great. All the room and fun game room worked out great for our family. The golf cart was great and used it to get around easy to park and fun to drive. We also biked all over, trails everywhere makes it so nice and easy. Would definitely stay at this place again. 5 minutes from the beach.

It was obvious that this home was newer construction; the house was clean and perfect. I loved the “Blue Mountain” area. The golf cart was used daily—almost everything we did was drivable by the low speed vehicle. The home had plenty of space for my family of 6; everyone had their own space but there were several places we could gather together. The young kids loved the arcade games and the bunk beds. Overall, I would rent this house again, and if this house wasn’t available I’d definitely look for another RealJoy rental property.

We recently stayed at Casa SolyMar in Santa Rosa Beach, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the beach and surrounded by some of the most amazing restaurants on 30A. We loved being able to hop on the golf cart and cruise to local spots for dinner or a quick coffee in the mornings. One of our favorite parts was the pool, which was just steps away from the house! It felt like our own private oasis and was a huge hit with the whole family. You can tell the owners really care about keeping the place clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kids really enjoyed the game room on the top floor! Whether we were lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby beaches, or enjoying yummy food, Casa SolyMar made the perfect home base. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We really loved the place, was cozy and clean and felt like home. We would definitely come back. Had almost everything you could need or want. Loved having the golf cart, that was a must for us. Kitchen was so nice, everything was decorated beautiful. We were very close to the beach, which is beautiful and has bathrooms, huge plus. Sunsets were beautiful.

Great Family Vacation Hiuse

The area was quiet and inconvenient. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The pool is really small, though, so if you’re expecting that to be an option, it’s more of a hot tub size. But the cool game room at the top of the 3rd floor was really nice. It had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs in the golf cart.

We had a great time at this home! Convenient location with places to eat around the corner! We rode the golf cart a lot which was very fun, and the local coffee shops were perfect location for morning drinks! Our boys loved the upstairs room with the video games and bunk beds.
