Clean place, great amenities, the back porch was great for us to hang out at. Its a good walking distance to the beach, with outside showers to clean off the sand before going inside. I will definitely book again if im ever back in Florida.

Pictures don’t do justice. The house was so BEAUTIFUL inside and out. Definitely felt like a Vacation home!! We Loved the outside area!!! Also the two outside showers were very beneficial after a long day at the beach. House has many things you could use for your stay. From toys, games, beach chairs, crab nets to the kitchen utensils pots, pans, etc.The house is equipped with a lot of things you might need for your stay. Had No trouble getting ahold of someone if I needed help. Beds were very comfortable and big the kids rooms was perfect for them! Only negative thing I’d say was one of the King size room’s bed seems like it was broken because when you would lay down it would sink in and make a lot of noise.. So no one really slept in that bedroom. BUT OVERALL 10/10!!! Recommend. Definitely plan to stay there again in the future!! THANK YOU #RealJoy’s !! A

We were in town for the men's softball world series. We had 12 adults with us and the room and set up for this house was perfect. We probably could have added a couple more adults comfortably. The outside set up was amazing especially for the start up of college football. Everything was clean with the exception of the floor. Soon after we got there our feet were black as if the floor had not been mopped or mopped with a dirty mop. Other than that, no complaints at all.

OMG. This place is awesome. After reviewing 5 or more homes for our first girl cousins trip we all concurred it was the perfect spot. It was so spacious that the 8 of us didn’t feel cramped for the 4 day trip. We all came from 4 different states and had not seen each other in 20 years. We were greeted with a beautiful cake, card, and little gifts bags, accompanied by drinks cold already in the refrigerator. That was an extra on top of the other extras this place offered. They had games, bikes, outdoor living, an Xbox and plenty of necessities. Check this out: every bedroom had its own ironing board with an iron. Never have I stayed in a home that was as thoughtful as they were. It’s the little simple things that makes this vacation home the perfect spot for any large group. There was a miscommunication about the number of bikes that came with the unit but the owners made good on what was printed. When we arrived there were only 4. By the next morning there were 8. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this visit. When we called about the bikes, the tv channels and a few ants they responded quickly, professionally and with an attitude of kindness. We’re already planning our 2nd girls cousins trip for 2024. I heard they will have an even better house with our very own pool. There is so much more I could say about this beautiful home. Just book it and experience it for yourselves. We will most definitely rent from you again. Loved it and thanks

The property management company was easy to reach.
Check-in and check-out details were shared as the date approached.
The house is new and beautiful and suits a big family very well. All rooms have big screen TVs and the Internet was fast enough to watch multiple movies same time.
The house was immaculate. Easy walk/bike ride to the beach. The house is well-equipped and the beds were comfortable.
The location is great, short drive to restaurants.
I would definitely recommend it.

Yes this house was very clean, well maintained, brand new appliances and all above it Fully Loaded, the reason I said Fully Loaded because it has everything you need for you vacation on beach side, like Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Ice Chest, Cart to load all your items and walk through beach, oh did I mentioned that they have Bluetooth surroundings speakers system all over the Backyard for party? Yes they have that too, we celebrated the Birthday Party in the Backyard and have a great time at this house. Thank you so much for all those wonderful things make our memories great

Great house! Rooms were all spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had the essentials for cooking. Backyard was very nice. Only issue we had was we had to wait an hour to get our check in info after we received notification the house was ready for us. Other than that, Overall we enjoyed our stay here!! Would return!
