Capri by the Gulf 108

We had a very enjoyable stay at 108 Capri by the Gulf! We’ve stayed there several times and it’s our favorite Destination go to! It’s close enough to everything you might need while on vacation especially the beach! We love the accommodations! You couldn’t be closer to the beach and all the amenities are very good.

We have stayed here before and this time the bedroom had been decorated a bit more, very cute! All the condos we have stayed in at Capri are always very clean! We like the deck view from 108! These condos are usually very quiet, a nice family oriented environment, and not overly crowded! We feel safe and comfortable staying here and plan to always stay at Capri by the Gulf when we vacation to Destin!

Tom and me have been at the Capri in unit #108 which we consider "HOME" for several years now and love to make the condo a comfort to the owner by doing things very small but effective for the next guests. I am a retired Interior Designer and "neat freak".

No umbrella on deck, one was brought next day. Two dead bugs in unit first day. We know Fla has bugs so not a complaint! Our unit was a perfect location and I reserved for next summer for TWO WEEKS, Sept 7-21. Loved it, miss the Cloisters where I stayed for years but smaller place and easier beach access was much better for I am old now ! The beach service was the best I have ever experienced; owner and his employees were excellent and frankly exceptional. Very wonderful stay!

We always look forward to our November in 108.We have reserved this unit for next November, and this gives us something to look forward to throughout the year! We love the staff as well as our fantastic view of the Gulf!

We love Capri and Harmony! We've stayed at Capri dozens of times and love it here. Easy access to the beach & perfect for a couple! A little disappointed in this unit though. Needs some TLC and upgrades. Desperately needs a new mattress! The patio was great though!

Another fantastic time in Destin and at the beach. Capri Motel remains the best kept secret along Old 98. Location to restaurants, services, and attractions can't be beat; drive right up to your room; beach is basically right out your front door; beach service provided, etc, etc. We've been coming to Destin and nearby beach communities for 30+ yrs, and often end up back at the Capri. We've stayed in several of the different rooms on property (aiming for king-sized bed accommodations). A few are a bit more updated than others. Room 108 with beach-facing deck is/was indeed a great room to have, primarily because of its deck and view of beach. But it could use some updating throughout, and a new bed!!

I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair, permanently. Knowing this ahead of time are used to get quite a bit thank you. Everything I do it’s tedious, but your Suite 108 was perfect for me.. Inside on 108 is it in good shape. The deck need some more with a power washer in fresh then plus the outside to use a good power washing to restore the prestige of your deck. The chairs on the deck need to be replaced with nicer chairs. I don’t mean to be a whiner and I believe my wife and I will probably rent one out 108 again.

My husband and I come down a week early to the Capri before our daughters, sons-in-laws and five grandchildren join us at a larger place for their spring break. We love our week at the Capri! The pictures are accurate-nothing fancy, but the view is all you need! Down the steps and you’re on what feels like a private beach. We have used Harmony Beach Vacation Rentals for several years now. They have lots of properties and are always helpful and professional. Enjoy beautiful Destin!

This has been our relaxing vacation for the the last 8 springs! We go on a lot of adventure vacations, but this is our do nothing vacation but relax on the beautiful beach and enjoy the evenings eating dinner out. Many great restaurants! For me as I get older walking from the condo is getting harder to walk in in the deeper sand . I only wish there was a boardwalk across the dunes to the beach.

Love this place right in the beach! Nothing super fancy just everything you need. We had amazing weather all week and really could of stayed longer. Great location and already booked our time for next year!

We loved the deck, we used it every day and night. Wonderful view of the water from this condo. The blinds, however, kept losing slats every time we tried to open or close them. The dead bugs behind the furniture should have been cleaned up before we checked in. We liked the close location to the Harbor and attractions.

It was great with perfect weather. The unit that we were in was very comfortable and we loved having the end unit with its own deck. It was really nice sitting out there and enjoying the views, the sounds and topping it off with a couple of glasses of wine !!!! The mattress on the bed was very comfortable and much better than other places that I have stayed in.

WE drive their, we park & unload, we swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, eat, nap and repeat for 6 days!! Awesome!!!Cant wait till next time!! Just a note, the roll out bed mattress needs to be updated :)

Great time, great location, great view. Property could due with an update especially the bathroom, great view but disappointing that the patio door would not open to the deck which needs work on the floor as nail and screw heads were sticking up and split boards sticking up. The most disappointing was the bed VERY uncomfortable. Property management and staff were awesome helped our stay in any way they could. Property grounds very well groomed, maintained and clean.

Vacation rental was clean and had a fabulous view of the gulf. Will definitely be staying in this rental again when visiting Destin. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

This was our second time staying at the Capri and we booked again for next year. You can't ask for a better location and view of the Gulf. The only thing I would change would be to put some padding on the dining chairs because they get a little uncomfortable after sitting on them for a while. We had another nice vacation and looking forward to next year.

Very quiet and nice. Good distance to Publix, Whole Foods, etc. Kitchen convenient and well-stocked. Staff was pleasant and helpful in recommending restaurants. Beach well-managed. Free umbrellas and beach chairs a plus!My husband says he would prefer a key for the lock, rather than a combination lock. The dumpster was a little hard to find, in front of the gate. We thought it might have been in the courtyard.

We had no worries with renting Capri 108. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Bring extra trash bags and toilet paper just in case. I plan on coming back! Great experience!

This is our 5th stay at Capri 108 and we love it!!!! We love the private beach service, we love the mattress, We love the full moon every night walking on the beach, we love coffee in the morning on our private deck, we love having dinners that I cooked in my little kitchen that we ate on that private deck, What can I say , we absolutely love Capri 108 and Destin Beach:)

The Capri is perfect for a getaway and the view can not be compared to any other place I have been. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach service is very nice to have and also private. Being a gated community is also a big plus. I already booked for next year.

My family and I stayed here for the first time and I have ZERO complaints! The staff was amazing, we loved the complimentary wine waiting for us when we arrived! The condo was perfect and the view was a dream come true! Already planning on booking our next stay within the week! This will be our home away from home, or as our two year old calls it "beach house" (: thank you for the incredible experience! We can't wait to come back, and this time for twice as long!

I took a mini vacation and so enjoyed my stay at Capri by the Gulf #108. I checked in on Friday and out on Monday. I so enjoyed my private deck. The condo was spotlessly clean, had all the necessary conveniences, and was spacious, cheerful, and comfy. With security parking, I felt completely safe. A few days of beach therapy was exactly what I needed. The staff was so warm and friendly. My only "complaint" is with check in being late in the afternoon (between 4-5pm) and check out in the morning (10am) I felt cheated out of two actual days. Nevertheless, my time spent was glorious. I have already recommended this spot to friends and will definitely be back!

I had stayed at this place when it was a motel years ago - over 55 years ago. It had been replaced with condos and this was a return trip to a place where I spent many happy vacations as a a child. The beach at Destin is beyond beautiful - the softest, white sand and the clear Gulf waters are unsurpassed in beauty. Destin itself it not the sleepy little fishing village it once was, but the beach is gorgeous. Capri has a huge beach front for its guests, with easy access to the water. There are many fancier places to stay, but none with a better beach, better view of the beach, easier access to it, or better value for your travel dollars than the Capri. I was away from Destin for too many years - we'll be back, and will return more often for frequent visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We got married on this beach last year and this year, we got to overlook the exact area where we got married. It was wonderful! We always use Harmony Beach Vacations for our stays in Destin-the staff is wonderful and their prices can't be beat! This room was no exception! The complimentary wine and towels were a GREAT touch!!

This was not my vacation. I rented the unit for my granddaughter's honeymoon. The staff at Capri went above and beyond the call of duty to help make their very late arrival there memorable. I received only positive feedback from the honeymooners. I would not have expected less being a repeat guest at Capri myself and never disappointed in my stay.

Well originally we had a full week booked at the Henderson Park Inn Bed and breakfast. But arrived a day earlier and could not find anything with the same amazing view last minute. These kind folks were amazing enough to give us this unit for an amazing price even on 4th of July weekend. I would Def stay there again.
