This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage is nestled in the Maravilla Resort community, directly across from the emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you’ll love relaxing on the large private back deck under the stars or sunshine. Step inside to an airy, open living space with vaulted ceilings and coastal charm throughout. The fully equipped kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, modern appliances, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. With everything on a single level, this home is ideal for families with kids or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The spacious master suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds – perfect for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are provided for added convenience. Whether you're soaking in the sun, walking to local beach restaurants, or unwinding in the resort amenities, Bridges to the Sea is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

Maravilla is a 33-acre gated beach community in Miramar Beach with one of the largest stretches of private shoreline in the area – over 2.5 acres of pristine beach! The community offers a more relaxed setting compared to bustling downtown Destin. Enjoy two sparkling pools (one beachside, one near the clubhouse), a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. Please note: golf cart driving is not permitted by renters in the Maravilla community.

Don’t miss snorkeling the Dolphin Reef, located only 685 feet from the shore at Miramar Regional Beach Access (near Pompano Joe’s). This man-made reef is a haven for marine life and a must-visit for nature lovers. For safety, we recommend bringing a flotation device such as a kayak or paddleboard when exploring the reef.

There was some confusion between what was in the physical instruction/welcome book that was in the house vs what was online but everything was sorted out quickly. Home was amazing, RealJoy was super responsive, and everything was really clean. Walkable to the pools and beach but had plenty of places lock up our bikes to make the travel a little quicker. The community was quiet and relaxing at night and very family friendly. At night you could sit out on the front porch and listen and watch the Air Force fighter pilots getting in their night hours which was pretty cool. Note, that you couldn’t hear them from inside of the house so it never was a disturbance.

The house was as advertised. The beach is 18 min away on foot. Park your car close to the pool area and you can walk less.

The home was very beautiful felt like I was at home or family members house. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and eating on the island. Enjoyed the washers and dryers and loved the neighborhood. The only complain I have is for 3 days we had issues with the internet and tv. The cable tv kept saying to contact cox cable. On Sunday at night I had to run out to Best Buy and buy an adapter for tv to connect to iPhone. I spent around 70 bucks to get it set up so we could watch tv. On the 3rd day internet was working and tv began to work. I contacted property and they did tell me to reach back if not working they could send some out on Monday. I failed to reach out but by that time I had already bought the adapter

Loved our stay! This place was perfect for our family of four during the July 4th holiday week. Kids loved having the sand toys and nets in the garage for use. Lots of space for everyone. Neighborhood is quiet. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to take lunch with us on the beach or cook meals. The proximity and private beach access was the best. We loved being close to good restaurants, the outlets, kid activities. Most importantly, having privacy with the gated neighborhood entry and parking access made for hassle free beach days. Can’t wait to come back!
