We stayed at seaside. Our condo was beautiful. The master bedroom was very nice but the second bedroom was a little small for 2 adults. Not much room for your luggage or anything to put it. Everything else was great. Beautiful views from our balcony and plenty of sitting room. The pool area was really nice and the restaurant was also nice and convenient. The condo was located in the perfect spot right across the street from the beach and bar. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and stores within a mile. Actually walking distance . Also don’t forget to enjoy sometime playing basketball or pickle ball . First time players and we had a blast.

We stayed in Gulf Winds on Miramar beach. There was one small hicup out of the company control but let me tell you they fixed it with in hours the customer service was OUTSTANDING I will definitely use them again and I would love to come to this unit again its very beautiful and cozy. This was my first time going to this part of Florida and I absolutely loved it thank you Realjoy for the best experience

Real Joy was the property management for the villa at our recent stay at Seascape Resorts in Miramar Beach FL. We wound up getting to the area a day ahead of when we were scheduled. Called them a few hours before arrival to see if we could get into our villa early. Tina was able to arrange this quickly even though it was end of day. We arrived to a welcoming place. Our villa was brand new, spotless & exactly as photos depicted online. Communication before & after was fine with check in & out instructions. Very happy and will be booking this unit again next spring.

We rented a condo in Destin from RealJoy Vacations. They were extremely helpful from the initial booking to end of our stay. Our questions before and during our stay were answered promptly. Check in/out was very simple. The place was clean and just as pictured. We loved our stay and hope to rent the unit again in the future.

RealJoy had the best customer service I have experienced. I did have a few questions and issues that arose but they responded promptly even after business hours. They were really pleasant to deal with. The rental was gorgeous and nice and peaceful. Would definitely rent from them again.

We stayed at Panama City Beach. RealJoy was great to work with. We had a small issue with a toilet handle in our condo and they responded quickly and sent someone over to replace it. The condo we stayed in was really nice. The beds were firm but comfortable. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen necessities and had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. We had 6 of us total and no one had any complaints. We would absolutely use RealJoy again! Only regret is I didn't take enough pictures!

We recently stated at a RealJoy vacation home and was impressed with the home! The home we stayed in had bike and we were located close to a trail and able to bike to the ocean. The home was very clean and top notch. I feel like we got the most for our money with the home we stayed in. Will def be using RealJoy vacation homes again!

We rented a condo in Destin through Realjoy, and they were wonderful. Check in/out was very simple, and they were very quick to respond and communicative throughout the entire process. The condo was beautiful, clean, and everything it was described to be! We would absolutely book through Realjoy in the future!

Our stay at Seascape 38A was a nice stay and the communication from the RealJoy staff was prompt and provided in detail all that was needed. We had an issue with a set of lights not working in the bathroom and they came and addressed the issue within a short time of it being reported. The accommodations actually looked better in person than the pictures. The location, number of beds and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The Villa was nice and clean and provided enough supplies to accommodate us.

The prices were unbeatable. We had been searching high and low for a place for a last minute vacation and a friend recommended RealJoy. The guest portal was a great touch. When we had an incident in the home we were staying in (handle on the dryer snapped off) the company handled the issue and were so kind. I highly recommend them and will be using them In the future.

Had a great time. Super cute place convenient to everything. Loved that we had our own private beach and access. Even on july 4th the beach wasn’t crowded. Took us a few days to find out where the washer and dryer were. But glad there was access and next time will definitely take advantage of it.

We rented a house in Destin, FL, in the Cypress Dunes neighborhood. It was amazing!! Highly recommend!! We were a family of 7, with little kids & teenagers. The location was awesome. Close to the beach, Walmart & food places! The neighborhood was amazing, quiet but welcoming! The house was amazing! Very clean & spacious! RealJoy was easy to work with! Instructions were easy to follow & anytime I called them with questions they answered!

Great time in condos 15 A and B. We had 7 adults. The upstairs twin beds are in a converted closet so we used the couch beds plus the twin bunk beds with tvs downstairs. The description on the website isn’t totally accurate. Both twin beds are not in separate rooms. They both enter and exit through the king bedroom. The condos are decorated beautifully and chairs looked new. The kitchen is stocked w pans, blender etc…and toys were left for our pleasure 😁 the beach is right across the street. Easy and quick 2 min to walk to beach. will rent again!!

Took my family to Okaloosa island, Florida there was 10 of us the stay was wonderful. When calling customer service had nothing but very helpful representatives. Would recommend.

I love that it was a 3 minute walk to the beach nice place the only thing I wish it would of had some chairs out in the balcony and some floaty but otherwise it was good I recommend .

Condo clean and all amenities of home. Convenient to pool…out the back door and easy access to beach by crossing a small street. We stayed at Endless Summer Condos. Great vacation.

Very responsive great experience all around!

With a wedding in under 50 days… we were blindsided with our original stay as we heard through the grapevine, that there was going to be construction going on and some amenities and units at the resort were going to be affected. Instant panic! However, Chris with RealJoy heard our rollercoaster of emotions and was able to take action and help us find a solution! Next comes Samuel, who was understanding and willing to help right away and got the job done! Our issues have been resolved and we are very pleased with both of their quick responses! We now have one less thing to worry about and cannot wait for our big day! Thanks again Chris and Sam for your patience, professionalism and willingness to make things right! So far it’s been a RealJoy.

We haven't had our stay yet, but a situation leading up to it is the reason for my review. We're heading down to Destin for a family wedding in September. We heard through a couple family members that there is going to be construction going on, amenities closed, etc during our stay. We all were scrambling to find a new place. We spoke with Chris about all of our concerns. Lots of emotions. We were a bit panicked. Chris assured us he would be in touch with his manager & we would get it all figured out. Not too long after I received a phone call from Sam - who could not have been more pleasant & professional! We talked through the situation & we are all taken care of at a new place. Thank you so much, Chris & Sam, for helping us relocate. We're beyond excited for our stay & look forward to a fun filled visit! I know our Joy will be Real!

We rented at Inn at Blue Mountain Beach. The condo was great however somehow the service was even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. My fiancé and I had several questions after having to change rooms, and Samuel from guest relations was incredibly helpful. He went completely out of his way to make sure we were accommodated and that everything was as smooth as possible for us. We truly appreciate his help and can’t wait to stay here!

Stayed at the Aloha Cottage through RealJoy, and it was an awesome experience! Would rate it a 10/10. First time in Destin, Florida and booking through RealJoy was flawless. Plenty of room for our party of 9. And all 7 kids had their own bed. Was awesome. Would visit again.

Clean and perfect

We stayed at the Seascape Resort. It's amazing. The resort is so clean. We stayed in Ariel Dunes I. Our condo was so nice. Very well decorated. Looks just like the pictures. View is amazing. Very clean. Bed sleeps great. Everything is functioning. We are so happy with our choice. We are already planning to come back next year. Only thing we weren't expecting was the construction that took half of the golf course but my husband found other courses to play. Not as convenient but still great. The ocean is just a short walk.

If you get the chance to use Real Joy you will NOT be sorry. They are the most caring people I’ve ever worked with. It wasn’t just one person they all were awesome. Special shout out to James & Noel who went above the call of duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They checked on us several times over our stay. The WiFi/ internet connection went out during our stay and they kept us informed the whole time. When several hours had passed they brought us a Roku. I give them a 10 star!!!

Stayed at Sterling Shores unit 502. It is very convenient to resturants, shopping the track and Big Kahunas water park. The kids loved the beach, as well as, both pools. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and had a great view. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella service was a plus! We will definitely book this unit again!

We recently stayed at the Crystal Cottage at Crystal Shores in Destin. It was an amazing place. Everything worked perfectly. The beds slept great and the pool was great to hang out in after being on the beach, which was a short walk away. The RealJoy team was super helpful from check in to check out and were very prompt in answering the few questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying there if you’re ever in the Destin area!

Devin, Cassandra, Linda & Sam at Real Joy have been phenomenal. A few months ago, I rented a lovely condo on the beach for an eight day honeymoon for my daughter and her fiancé, to follow getting married on the beach. Two weeks before the wedding, he became critically ill & placed in ICU. All wedding plans were cancelled. RealJoy took it upon themselves to alter their cancellation policy to most graciously & compassionately refund the entire payment as well as ask me how we were doing & let me know they were praying for us, not once but numerous times. I was very impressed with this group of people; what they chose to do out of genuine kindness & generosity of heart, made bearing our situation a little bit easier. Thank you for being so amazing. Real joy Vacation Rentals has and still is the # 1 Rental Company I have ever dealt with in my 77 years of life! In my opinion, Lisa Shock is the best leader at the one I specifically deal with because I always rent in Destin, Florida. She sets a great example for the rest of the staff and they learn well from her because their response time even when Lisa is not on duty is excellent! Christopher was on call when I had a few issues on Sunday of last week…sure enough on Monday he had their staff there and everything was fixed to perfection! Lisa and her entire team surpasses any other! Thanks to all of you for providing me and my family members with a memory making vacation at the Palms! Calypso Tower 3 Room 708, in Panama City Beach, was one of the best rentals we ever had. Nice clean rooms! Cleanliness is the first thing we look at, and the condo was very clean! Very convenient location. Just a short walk to pier park. The amenities in tower 3 are better than the other towers. Perfect view of the pier. The only picture I have is the one my wife took for Snapchat, of the pier. No pictures of the condo. As far as Real Joy goes, they’re an amazing rental service! I would recommend them 10/10. It was very easy to contact someone and actually talk to someone about any questions I had. Getting our parking vouchers wasn’t a problem. Check in was great. They emailed the door code about 10 hours before our arrival. Very efficient! We will definitely be renting from Real Joy again, in the near future!

RealJoy is customer-friendly yet professional..All their representatives are friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable.One rep,Marie, has been extremely helpful to us. Last year we left 2 small coolers in frig. We called Marie. She said she would keep them"safe" until we arrived this year. True to her word , she still had them for us. I was going to Seacrest Beach for girls weekend with my college roomates of 40 years. Their was alot of logistical questions I had prior to checking in. Questions about waivers, ability to check in early, beachchair rental, and a weird coffee maker question. Each and everytime the person I replied to responded quickly within 30 minutes. Also, reached out when we checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were okay. They made the whole process seamless. Thank you Real Joy

Fabulous stay! I had my Son and Father with me and we all were delighted with the condo, with the view, and with the location. We appreciate the calls and texts to check on our stay. VERY THOUGHTFUL! The condo is well equipped overall. As I cooked while at the condo, I appreciate that the Kitchen had just the right pans, utensils, cups, bowls, plates, etc. Also had a good variety of glass cookware, muffin tins, and grill pans. I ended up buying a disposable roasting pan because I cooked a turkey for my father. However, no kitchenware that I wanted (including a pitcher) was lacking. If anything were to be added to the kitchenware, I'd request a smaller saute pan, in addition to the larger one (much appreciated for those of us who saute, but do not fry/deep fry). Also, the bathrooms were roomy and had plenty of towels, hand towels and bath cloths. I like the way that the shower curtain was thoughtfully hung. The rod is CURVED, presumably to keep the wet curtain from contacting the body. Loved that little detail. This is an annual trip for my Dad, Son & me. We're looking to the next stay!!
