"The Condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We brought our family of 7 and had plenty of room. Loved the large cozy balcony and the chairs and toys in the bin were a great surprise for daily beach trips!"

"What a slice of Heaven! GREAT view and wonderful accommodations. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Next time, I'll pay better attention about bringing extra trash bag liners, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc. Listing says no hair dryer, but there were 2. Lots of super fun local places to go and hang out closeby."

"We loved everything about the condo and location, we hope to book this same condo every year! Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, location was perfect, lots of room in condo! I can’t say enough good things about this place! They have thought of everything to make it accommodating!
One thing to note, I asked if there was a blender, they said there was not, however there IS a blender in the condo, also a hair dryer!!

"We enjoyed our stay at the Watercrest. The condo was very beautiful, clean, and matched the description. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed in terms of dishes and silverware. The description lists a coffee machine, but we were not sure what type. It is a combo Keurig type with a traditional drip coffee machine. The patio was stellar with a great view of the ocean. This was the best part of the stay. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. I rate the bed comfort at a 9-10. The pool was very clean and the ocean was just a short walk to the beach. The people were very friendly. There was a security guard present in the complex and watching the pool area. They were very friendly and did not get in the way of having fun. This was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!"

"Wonderful condo with a great view. Our group truly enjoyed our stay here. Also they only provide “starters” for toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags it was not stated in the listing. For the price of the rental it should be included."

"Positives:
- Great location right off the beach
- Enjoyed the pool and tiki bar on the premises
- Easy parking
- Nice details in the unit including labeling the light switches (very helpful!) and lots of hooks for hanging towels
Negatives:
- The unit itself was great but the building could use a little more maintenance here and there. The only thing that really bothered me was that one of the elevators felt very unsafe, shaking a lot. There were other elevators, thankfully. I did notice that it was being serviced on our last day, so hopefully that’s resolved.
- The hot tub was closed all week"

"Everything but the dishonest and non willingness to make it right was good. The price was listed as 149.00 per night but we were charged double. Called immediately after booking and was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody did. In the drive down I reached out again….. no body despite the screenshots and proof was willing to make it right."

"We had a great time at RealJoy's place. It was very clean and vey well decorated.
The mattresses were very comfortable. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures.
The apartment's balcony is a plus, very spacious and what a view!!!
The pool area, elevators, are very well maintained and clean, the only thing is that it is very quite, no music at the little restaurant/bar area.
Perfect place to enjoy your family and relax, very nice restaurants near by.
