I think it’s located in a very beautiful area overlooking the gulf of America and the whole area looks nice and pleasant would do it again. I love to visit. I loved the view. I loved the town.

We flew in from the Pacific NW for a family week on the beach. This condo was perfect. Spotless, well located and feet from miles of white sand. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The building is well maintained and the management company was very responsive to questions. The only small thing we would suggest is instructions on finding the unit’s parking space as they are randomly strewn throughout a four story garage!

Property was very nice as shown on website. We had a beautiful ocean front condo with beautiful sunsets.Only suggestion is let your guest know what level your parking spot is on. Maybe it was sent to us but we couldn't find it nor was it written down in the condo. We did find it after about a half hour. Not a big deal but much needed. It is very easy to load and unload the car with 4 wheel carts by the elevator. We would definitely go back.

Everything was so easy! I love the location. The condo is very comfortable. The beds were comfy and furniture. I absolutely love the balcony which is big and spacious. We had everything we needed. I will book this condo next year. FYI - parking space for condo is on 2nd floor, we had a little trouble finding it.

We loved our stay at this condo. The checkin was easy & beachfront was gorgeous & convenient. The parking deck is tight so beware. Vending machine wouldn't work but no big deal. Condo was spotless & decorated pretty. Loved that the T.V. was already loaded with Roku apps & wifi worked great. The condo was stocked with a very dish/cooking utensil you'd need. Make sure you bring kuerig pods, salt/pepper, spices or any condiments you may need. 10/10 recommend!!

The property itself was nice and clean. All appliances were working properly and the location itself was great. Management was very prompt as well with the master toilet seat repair as it was cracked upon our arrival. Only issues I had involved the bunkbed that was questionable in terms of stability and would sway/jerk with the slightest bit of movement. 2 of our guests who were to sleep in the bunk didn’t feel comfortable doing so, understandably, so they slept in the same bed right next to it. In addition, the master mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as hoped. Still was a great condo overall and would recommend.

Our stay at Tropic Winds was absolutely lovely the price was well worth it our unit was clean , comfy with everything in it we needed to enjoy our stay .We extended our stay we liked it so much. Our host was easy to reach and accommodated us as soon as we reached out . Plenty of household things such as trash bags and detergent to last awhile. The property workers where so friendly and treated us like family. We had no complaints at all. We loved it and will be returning. We also got to say tons of stingrays almost everyday from our unit playing and flipping around in the water it was awesome and dolphins in the mornings. Definitely recommend visiting . We absolutely loved our stay our hosts was so responsive and helpful.Helped us with anything we needed promptly which we had everything at the unit we just wanted to extend our stay we enjoyed it so much.The property owners treated us like family The unit was so clean and comfy . It was very quiet area no drama of any sort . We could see stingrays play jump in and out of the water for the longest time from our unit with a few dolphin s in the morning to see as well . We loved it . Definitely will be going back !

Very nice condo with large balcony and great view of the beach. All of the appliances were like new. Clean! The only little inconvenience is with the property. We have stayed at Tropic Winds many times and for multiple years one of the elevators is down. Can lead to some long waits. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. You certainly can’t beat the location and the beaches are amazing! We really loved that they are not crowded. The kitchen was great! Nice new cabinets and nice new appliances!! Would definitely rent again?

Very nice unit! It was just right for us. Kitchen was big enough for two women preparing meals. Kids enjoyed the huge balcony and the 11th floor was a perfect combination of privacy and the gorgeous view. Beach was clean and we took advantage of the cool breeze and warm sand.

Pros: This is a great condo right on the beach with beautiful views. Spacious for 4 people. Cons: Needs new/more cookware. Carpet in bedrooms could use a good cleaning. Overall a great place for the beach (Best Escape Anyone Could Have!!)

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our food and not have to go out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The view from the balcony was excellent. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the rental itself, was that there seemed to be a lot of issues with the elevators on the property. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Loved Tropic Winds. The condo was clean and everything was in order. No issues. The beach was beautiful and we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. In the garage the parking was tight for our truck but they had additional parking across the street.

The condo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large balcony and all the room and chairs there. The king bed was very comfy. We found the supply of extra blankets and pillows to be handy. The swimming pool is located to the side of the building. There, it doesn't get much sun throughout the day. Otherwise, we enjoyed the sun deck overlooking the beach.

I Loved This Place !!!! It’s Clean and everything looks just like it do in the Pictures. They give you more than enough Towels to last you your entire trip. The Beach view is lovely and the patio is nice and Big. I love everything about This Room and I will be rebooking soon.

Overall we had a great stay..The view of the beach from the balcony was awesome! The cleaners could have done a little better job before we checked in but it wasn't horrible..Also there wasn't very many dishes or cooking pans but again not a huge biggy..We liked the location as well..Fishing piers were just right down the road too which was cool..My family enjoyed our stay!! Some of my favorite things about this area and the condo: not crowded, never have to wait long for elevator, short distance to Winn Dixie, Hungry Howie's, and Pier Park, table on balcony to eat at, comfortable seating in living room, double shower head in master bath, and TVs in every room.
