TopSail Village 422 is a conveniently located condo that sits along Florida's Scenic Highway 30A, where there is something for everyone! On the west side of 30A you'll find the world's most beautiful white sand beaches with beach access only 1.2 miles away at Dune Allen Public Beach! Avoid the crowds and just relax! This poolside unit has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in the living room, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king in the master and an en suite bath and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, this home can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably!

Only a few steps from the community pool and just minutes from the beach, TopSail Village 422 will give you easy access to the everything that you need. Enjoy the state parks, coastal dune lakes, and 19 miles of scenic bike trails.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

This condo is 2.2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. It's also a 10-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 6 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex on the area's main thoroughfare, and is just a hop, skip, and jump from the Sandestin Resort. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from exclusive boutiques and eateries, renowned national retail brands, and a wide mix of specialty services.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great condo near Topsail!

We were supposed to be camping at topsail preserve State Park, right down the road, but we had vehicle issues and ended up needing to rent a condo instead of staying in our RV. I booked this condo at the last minute, and arrived the following day, the condo met our needs. We did have to purchase toilet paper, and paper towels, and actually kitchen towels and washcloths because they were not provided in the kitchen. Other than towels and washcloths, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, small meals, like scrambled eggs and toast, etc… Can’t wait to rent this again!

We loved our time here! The forest trails right behind the condo were great for walks, 5 min bike ride to the beach or the gorgeous Topsail Preserve National Park. The complex was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay!

This condo is in a great location. We rented a golf cart from Prestine Golf Cart Rentals and couldn’t be more impressed with the service and ease it added to our trip. The condo was clean and fully equipped with anything you would need from overstocked towels to any and all kitchen equipment and board games for a rainy day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the closest a were stocked with anything extra you would need. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Affordable and convenient

This was our first time to stay in a condo. We liked the overall size of the property (easy to get in/out and around) and the location. Listing photos were very accurate and price ended up being a little less than the hotel we normally would book with. Happily, the unavailability of the hotel, led us here and we are glad it did. Hopefully, we will be able to stay longer next time and get familiar with the local eating places.

clean, quiet well equipped and comfortable… Elmo’s Grill across the street was a convenient location…

very quiet complex, very private back balcony. we’ll equipped kitchen with even a lemon zoster. everything worked well, the set up was perfect for 4although we were just 2 so we had a ton of space. it took us a while to figure out how the front door lock worked but we are a bit slow at things like that .. a little more instruction on EXACTLY how to work the TV and clear instructions on where the beach access could be found (walking) would have made it easier but we were able to figure it out.

We have enjoyed our stay! It a clean and cozy place. Pool is just of front of the house. Ocean and beach are amazing, but it’s in 20 min walk, so bike or car needed.

Loved it, so relaxing, would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was simple but neat and pretty clean. The property was well kept, and management responded quickly to minor issue. There was a pretty wooded walking path behind the property. The deck overlooked a forest area and was very relaxing listening to the birds in the morning/evening. Only one mile bike ride to the first public beach access. There were several public beach access points within biking distance. This property was at the beginning of 30A and was a little quieter and less crowded than most of rentals along the highway which I enjoyed. Was still close to Gulf Place for services but was also easy to go west to many stores and eating establishments towards Destin. Deck was small, just two high top chairs, would have enjoyed little bigger space with four chairs. Carpet was dirty looking going into master bedroom.

Real joy was a property managers type place
I asked questions of the host several times during our stay
No response
The power outlets in the kitchen didn’t work
This was an inconvenience because we had several kitchen appliances that we wanted to use
I have a feeling the outlets have been out for some time because someone mentioned them in a review
Oh well
Also the tv/ cable situation was was difficult at best
I’m familiar with most of this type equipment but we couldn’t make it surf channels even though there was a channel list posted
