With a queen bed in the master bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room, this bright, airy condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The living room has a dining area for 4 that has those same gulf views while you take in your favorite meal or enjoy a movie on the flat screen Roku TV. After a day at the beach, the complex has a gym just steps from your door. For added convenience, a community laundry facility is located on the 1st floor. Whether you’re soaking up the spectacular views, catching sun on the beach, or taking a dip in the beachside pool, Sunbird Resort #412E is the perfect place for your next Panama City Beach vacation!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

Lovely stay, there wasn't enough kitchen towels and a coffee table in the living room so i asked if they could bring one and they did. The kitchen sink tap started to leak and they said they would come and fix it but didn't, but it was probably because we only had two days left in are stay. Love the drinking water saved me carrying it from the store.

We loved it and will be return! It is all that they described it to be and more inside and out!!! The condo has the most amazing view of the GULF OF MEXICO to see the creative view of the gulf mornings and evenings and hearing the waves at night while sitting on the balcony is glorious!!!! This is one of our homes away from home.

The condo was as described. It is was clean and steps away from the beach. The elevator was surprisingly fast for this larger complex, we never waited more than 2 minutes. We had 3 people and there was plenty of room. They had a Murphy bed in the living room, which is way better and more comfortable than a pull out sofa bed. The patio was nice and had a good view of the beach. The only downfall was slow water pressure in the shower, but it wasn’t too bad where you couldn’t shower, just took some extra time. Also, I missed the part in their description where they charge $30 for parking and $6 for wrist bands to use the pool. I wish they would just factor this into the total price and include everything, so that I would t have to pay extras. We had to make a stop at the bank after we checked in to get cash to pay for the parking, because they didn’t accept credit cards. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Sunbird was great. The only down fall was construction and one of their pools being closed. It is listed on the description some areas are under construction. Other than that it was amazing.

We had a wonderful time! Great space for my family of four! The Murphy bed was an excellent addition to the condo! Perfect location and easy beach access! 3 pools to use and gate to Pineapple Willy’s! We loved Sunbird! RealJoy was easy to communicate with and easy check-in and out process.

Great value, amazing location. Easy-peasy getting to the water. Both beds, the couch, and recliner were super comfy. You can tell the building is older, but the condo renovation is definitely updated and looks great! Kitchen is on the smaller side, but we weren’t cooking 5 course meals so no biggie there. If you’re like me, you need it cold in there. A/C works great and i didn’t have to use my portable A/C at all. I highly recommend this place!
