Great place. The shuttle was great too if you needed it, but just a short walk. The heated pool was nice. Grills for grilling. Location was nice and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing. Quick walk to the beach. But free shuttle provided too if you didn't want to take the quick 2 min walk. Unit was impeccably clean. Every amenity you could need in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Much bigger than what the pictures portrayed. Very spacious. Nice size balcony. Comfy furniture. Such an amazing cozy beachy feel. Easy in and out. The owner emailed easy to follow instructions to get in. Pools are so cute and well-kept. Main pool has a bar with drinks and food.And in bathrooms accessible from the beach. Beach is beautiful. Everything you could have ever wanted. Highly recommend. Quick 9 minute drive to downtown Miramar and 12 minutes from Destin. Very safe and secure gated location also.Definitely would rent this unit again. Really nice experience!

Beautiful condo! Being on the second floor made it easy to come and go. The pool is right next to the building. Super nice warm water. The beach is a short walk. Great place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at the summit plenty of times, but this was the first time we stayed in this unit. This place was very nice and at a very good price. It was overall clean and cozy. We would stay here again.

We had a great time! Condo is basic. But that’s all you need. Not long walk to beach and pools were nice. Would for sure come again.

Everything was awesome. Absolutely perfect for a family with two kids. I didn’t have an issue with anything just wish we would have come when it was warmer. I promised my kids we’d come back and I plan to look for this unit.
Hot water does run out so if you have teenagers who like long showers be ready to wait. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. There’s a little bar at the pool on the beach.
There’s soooooo much nearby, especially if you like shopping. There are two outlet type malls within like two minutes but if you head down to Destin there is another one with a bomb Mexican restaurant. “Baytown” I believe it’s called has zip lining and souvenir shops and restaurants. The guards will give you a pass and not explain much. I’d go around 5. Walk a bit then have dinner. There’s a fat Tuesday’s. Overall we had a great time.

Everything was beautiful. We did not want to leave. Will definitely book more days next time. The evening gate keeper was so nice and helpful. It was wonderful to be greeted by a smile coming and leaving the resort. We went to the bistro at the fitness center and was treated rudely by the hostess. She made it clear that we had to take our food to go and we were not welcomed there.

I initially didn't realize there was a manned gate for entry and passed it several times, but the guard was very kind and extremely helpful. Upon entry to the unit, we were greeted by a cool air atmosphere and vibrant music. The unit was larger than it appeared in pictures. We appreciated the cute towel folds in the kitchen containing the dish detergent samples and in the bathroom containing the personal care products. We spent our first evening playing one of the board games housed in the cabinet beneath the television in the living room. Even though there were a few brief stalls with the internet, we were able to access what we needed on all of our 6 devices.
With the exception of the pool, we weren't sure whether we were allowed to use the other amenities on the property like mini-golf, but the beach was easy to access within 4-5 minutes. (Bring your own beach chairs and accessories. )
I would contract this unit again, but plan better to purchase my snacks and groceries on my way in so that when we were settled we wouldn't need to leave or order out for food.
We had a great experience. I would totally recommend this space.

Nice , clean and friendly. My family enjoyed the stay.
Please note there is no gym or sauna. Also, you can’t participate in the club activities on the property if you rent from air b n b. Being your own cleaning supplies .

We loved our stay. I was a little nervous about checking in - they will not send you check in details until 2 hours before check in unless you contact them and I was not told ahead of time that is how it would be. Sometimes they are slow to respond. But, I got all the information I needed in plenty of time. The walk down to the beach wasn't terrible, but I think we will chose something closer next time. If you don't mind walking for a few minutes to get down to the beach, this will be a good place. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean, roomy and equipped with everything we needed. Other than the walk, here are my only complaints. I felt like it was a little pricey for the lack of amenities (it's on a resort, but you can't use their fitness center or anything other than the pool and spa - which we really didn't use but for a few minutes) and the master bathtub plug wouldn't stay open. I had to use my razor to get the water to drain haha! But, we still loved it! The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge plus for me! All-in-all, I would recommend it for sure.

Great place to to bring the kids! The condo was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals. Very short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. We rented bikes and were able to reach restaurants and shopping about a mile away. We will be back!

Property was in good shape when we arrived and met our expectations from the listing. Building and surrounding condos had a lot of construction going on, but nothing that prevented us from using the amenities of the Unit or property. This is one of the easiest properties we have stayed in.

We apologize for any frustration caused by the ongoing construction. Real Joy and Vrbo websites state: *Exterior maintenance is being performed on the building from Feb thru July 2021. Access to areas of the parking lot may be limited, and exterior noise may be heard.* We unfortunately have no control over such an issue at any resort property. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Great service. Whenever we needed something - they bring it. Apartment ts are well designed and clean. The only negative part - neighbors were smoking, couldn't stay on the balcony or keep the door open.

We booked this at the last-minute for spring break. Although we didn’t have an ocean view, we enjoyed the tropical view with gorgeous landscape. The wind made a soft rustling noise of the palms and was very relaxing to hear and see. The entire condo is furnished beautifully in soothing colors and comfortable beds and furniture. It contained everything we needed to prepare meals from home as well. The Ocean Club restaurant near the front entrance was a true treat! It featured an elegant atmosphere and delicious food. Get there between 5-6pm for two-for-one dinner specials. We also truly enjoyed the ocean-front grill by the pool. My friend said the shrimp and cheese quesadilla was the best she’s ever had! Our teens enjoyed the many amenities of the property. We brought our own basketball, golf clubs and balls, they also rode bikes and played volleyball. There’s so much to do! The beach is simply the best part of this location. The powder-soft sand and clear water is some of the most beautiful you’ll experience in the entire world.

Beautifully furnished condo close to beach access, comfortable beds and amenities. Be sure to bring hair dryer, and anything needed in the kitchen- very bare bones. i.e salt and pepper and coffee filters. Tennis courts nice, wish we knew a little more about the grounds but loved our stay!!
