Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Was a great stay, we had a good time! Be aware that the walls are a bit thin, and the parking garage was tight, wristbands the HOA has you wear don't come off because they didn't design them kindly. No fault on the host on that, just know it's a thing.
But over all it was a lovely place, beach was fabulous, close to tourists attractions if you want them. Worth a stay!- Posted: 7/20/2024

Overall, great, but some suggestions
Overall the condo was great, the ice maker takes forever to make any ice so we had to get bags all week. Lots of broken and loose tiles, the rug in the kitchen is a hazard, it’s super slick and all of us almost fell more than once. The master bath shower head has nearly zero pressure. The view was beautiful, the beach was great, not many people at all right next to the pier, shopping and restaurants all super close. Host was super quick to respond when the thermostat battery was dead and wasn’t cooling well the first night. We were happy with our stay overall and would book again with this host.- Posted: 6/14/2024

The condo was in the middle of activities so our area was quiet. We were close to shopping and restaurants in either direction rather than being right in the middle of a congested area. The condo was exactly how it was described! Thoroughly enjoyed our beach walks right out of the condo! Highly recommend going through RealJoy.
