Located in Villas of Frangista, Stay Anchored is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with a huge open living area and high-end touches, including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood-look tile flooring, high ceilings, plus a covered back porch with a fenced-in yard! There are three king bedrooms, and two sets of twin over full bunks in the 4th bedroom, sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably.You'll be about 1408 yards from public beach access to the gorgeous white sands of Miramar Beach! When not enjoying the beach, stroll over to the community pool just a couple of blocks away. Feel free to park a car in the garage and enjoy lasting memories by making Stay Anchored your next vacation destination!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

*Max 3 vehicles allowed: 2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Villas of Frangista is located about 2.3 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was AMAZING, our vacation was great because of our stay at Stay Anchored with RealJoy Vacations.

Our family enjoyed going to sleep feeling safe! The location is great and near a beautiful public beach access. The home was spacious, clean & comfortable. We had a great time! There is nothing that I didn’t like, everything was properly explained in writing throughout the house. A suggestion would be room darkening curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Destin! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space for enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets. We had an amazing stay! The home is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The home was super clean and fully stocked. When we had questions, the host was quick to respond. The location is almost perfect. It is located just a couple blocks from the beach, but there is a strip of beach homes that won’t allow access without a gate code. The public access to the beach is about a 20 min walk per Apple Maps. It can be a lot with small children and a wagon full of food, toys, chairs…We had a great time and would absolutely rent here again!

The house was AMAZING!!! So beautiful!!!! Everyone had room to stretch out and relax. The upstairs bedrooms had sand in the sheets. We called and no one showed to wash or change them. The beach access was a little far, no pop-ups allowed. Parking in general with homes like this is very slim for a house that sleeps 12.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stay Anchored. There was plenty of room for our two families (family of 4 and family of 5). The community pool was about a 5 minute walk from our vacation home so we chose to drive and park. There was plenty of parking since there was no one else using the pool. The kids got to enjoy the community pool all to themselves and the pool was clean, water temperature was perfect for our kids. The bathrooms were clean and showers stayed hot, even when all three showers were going. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the propane tank was full of gas for us to grill. The host was responsive and checked in with us via text and phone a few times during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you RealJoy for a great vacation home!

The house is nice and comfortable. Communication is practical. But I think they can improve some aspects, for so many rules that they place have coherence. The garbage goes from Monday to Thursday, if you book a weekend you have to figure out where to go to throw out the garbage. The reception could provide a little more enthusiasm, place more cleaning products or a few bottles of water.
