Great little vacation home. The only thing I thought was different was the listing made it sound like it was one of the ones that had the Bach directly behind it. It was a five to ten minute walk which was fine was just hoping for on the beach.

We only had a 3 night short stay but had a great time. My husband had one incident he fell in the shower l, bathroom needs non slip mat/grips. Everything was clean thou and comfortable! We wouldn’t mind staying again :-)

Overall our stay was great!. We just had a couple of minor issues but management took care of it quickly. The beach was walkable, but if you cannot walk a long way like me you can also park by the beach in the back of the complex which was very convenient. Loved that the free beach umbrella and chair service was available for us to use. We would definitely love to come back again!

The place we stayed was clean and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach was about 7 minutes which isn't that bad, but the description and the map shown on the website were not really accurate. It was nice to be able to walk to some of the stores around the property. The communication with the property manager was fine. It's much faster getting an answer when you call than leaving a message via VRBO.

The unit was close to so many places and about a 8 minute walk to the beach . We didn’t mind the walk because the scenery was beautiful, there’s a cross walk with a bunch of turtles the kids loved ! Loved that we got two beach chairs with the rental at the beach . They had all pots we needed to cook and even an outdoor grill . The rooms are super cute and the beds were soooooo comfy we slept so good and usually we don’t . We would suggest this rental to the next person !

Everything was awesome. Only 2 feedback - The house was clean except for the floor that would make your foot Go dirty but we used the flip flops. And the bunkbed was quite noisy to sleep on. Kitchen and Bath was well equipped. it is a beautifully decorated house!

The condo is as described. It’s nice and clean. The secondary bedrooms were a bit tight, but they were functional. Overall, it was a nice condo and close enough to the beach for our older kids. It’s a nice beach and not too crowded when we were there.
The instructions for getting to the beach could’ve been more clear. Instructions said no code needed. However, when we reached out to RealJoy to get clarification and codes, they were patient and helpful. It’s the first time we stay at an Airbnb near a beach without beach towels. It seems like a basic amenity, but we ended up buying some at the store.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at SouthBay #27. It was well-equipped with all of our needs, including lots of beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats) in the the outdoor storage room. The free beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella) was also very nice! We would definitely want to stay here again!

Booked this for a bachelorette party and it could not have been better! The location is PRIME! Restaurants/bars and grocery stores are just across the road, which was super convenient! The harbor boardwalk is a quick and easy Uber ride away, and the beach is just a short stroll through the complex. Adorable decor, clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our trip a success!

Off the busy street is this nice, tucked away, peaceful spot. 5 min lovely walk to the beach where umbrellas and chairs are provided (picked up at 6pm fyi) and cute turtles to greet you as you walk over the lake (otw to the beach), nice pools, easy walk to stores and restaurants, easy parking, lots of thoughtful amenities in the condo. We needed nothing but extra toilet paper and washing detergent!

Perfect place for the family! The bedrooms are separated upstairs from the living area downstairs which made it super convenient. The bedroom layouts were great too and comfortably slept 8 of us with room to spare. The bunk beds have an extra trundle bed underneath as well that we didn't know from the listing. The walk to the beach is a little long but very reasonable nonetheless. We found that driving the beach setup to the community parking by the beach access was much easier. Excellent communication with the leasing company as well. We extended our stay a few extra days and I was able to do it by a couple clicks on my phone from the beach. Will definitely be staying again!

I love the place I enjoyed it it had games for kids ages from 6 months to 17 years old a water park across the street grocery stores across the street beach 5 minutes away walking distance Crab Island it's like 10 minutes away from the house I love it everything was in walking distance I will stay again the house was very clean no roaches clean linen clean dishes and they provided cleaning supplies

Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and met all our expectations. You can access the beach by using the walkway and crossing the lake. If you have a lot of things you can drive to the tennis court and park there. Overall great value for the money.

The townhouse was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was a tv in the living room as well as in each bedroom. It was walking distance to the beach, although if you have a child under 3 years old, you may consider bringing a stroller for the walk, as it may be a bit too far for them. My 5 year old handled our daily walk to the beach just fine. My one complaint is that the email communication from the host is not legible. They use a bright blue background with light gray font, and I (at 33 years old) couldn’t read any of the emails. I suggest choosing different colors so your guests can read your correspondence. I highly recommend this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This place is amazing. It was recently renovated so everything was new and clean! The location is awesome. 7 min walk (and that is walking with a three-year old and stopping on a boardwalk to feed the turtles) to the beach. Grocery store and ice cream place close by. Management was very responsive with a few issues we had. The AC worked great for us. The kitchen is well equipped (including a toaster and blender) with basics for cooking.
