Great location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach, felt very safe and secure. The heated pool was a kid favorite, but make sure you specify you want it heated before you get there. The house was kept very clean and the outdoor space was great and fenced in for our dog. The grill could use a good cleaning. The kitchen gear needs an upgrade - pans unusable, knives dull. We did have to go get a few extra bath towels, kitchen hand towels, and some basic things such as dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper during our stay. Flooring is buckling in a few places from previous water damage but not unsafe. Realjoy was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others. The beach and ocean were beautiful!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, close to the beach and the heated pool was delightful (although the waterfall feature wasn’t functional, as pictured). The inside space was clean and had ample amenities, particularly in the kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, both large and small appliances). The floors were water damaged throughout the home, but did not deter from our experience. Fenced in back yard was a big plus for our pooch! Appreciated the attached garage and full size (seemingly brand new) washer and drier.

We had a great stay. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach and that the home was centrally located near lots of our favorite restaurants. Overall the house was clean other than lots of dust on the master bathroom ceiling coming from the vent.
The beds weren’t super comfortable but were fine for a short stay. The host company was super responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.
We had better luck at Henderson State Park than the private beach as the private beach was very crowded, especially for October.
We appreciated the initial supplies provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc).

Great house in charming neighborhood. It was as described. The pool was very nice after long days of baseball tourney games. Proximity to the beach was a bit of a challenge for the grandparents and rental golf carts weren’t allowed to park at the neighborhood exits (sign posting prohibited it). For the price of the the house it would have been nice to have a golf cart on site. No cleaning supplies on site and towels, dish towels and was rags were limited. Overall we enjoyed the space. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard and there was a nice fence to keep her (dog) safe from falling in the pool. Could have used a nicer coffee pot.
RealJoy was very responsive when asking questions before and during the stay.

The place was great in a good location. Plenty of space. My only complaints are not enough towels or toiletries.
I would also say the cleaning fee was absurd that I had to pay, but I think that is because of AirBnB.
I would definitely recommend the place though. Pool was a great benefit.

The house was great. Easy walk to the beach and we absolutely loved the pool. It was a great stay. The only downside was the kitchen. We love to cook that’s why we also Airbnb. The pots and pans were on the older side. We ended up eating out a lot due to that. The grill also was a bit older. Other than that we loved the place and the easy access to the beach. Our stay at this location went great! Met our needs and provided a comfortable stay for us all. Check in and checkout was quick and easy. HOA here is a little strict but real joy contacted us and helped resolve any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice. Had to call them the second day we were there as we had an issue with one of the beds. Maintenance promptly came and fixed the rail of the bed and looked at ice maker. He even gave us auggestions og local places to eat.
Only compalint would be a skimmer is needed for the pool. It was leafy on the bottom when we got there.

House was nice and within short walking distance to private beach entrance. Kids really enjoyed the private pool. Only 2 issues we had was there was 2 codes for the gate and it kept changing so never knew which one to use. Other issue was some of the glasses were not clean. Just minor things would stay again.

House was even nicer than expected. The home was beautifully decorated. Loved the pool, small but big enough for adults and kids to play. Short walk to the beach. Recommend that if you are taking chairs, cooler, or larger items to the beach, to have someone drive over to drop off, then walk back to park the car at the house. There's no parking near the beach gate. This is only to let future guests know. Overall Great Place!!

The beach is a short walk that’s 2 blocks away. When ya get back, relax more and unwind in the private pool. Good places to eat are near. Garage has beach chairs and beach gear to borrow. Also beach offers 2 chairs and an umbrella for $30 all day!

Great Home in a convenient location w/ a private pool...wow!
The community was quiet w front access to shopping and the rear led out onto the main beach drag. There is private beach access but no parking nearby so the Crab Trap public access was more convienent and had refreshments to boot.
We were there in early May so a Heated pool option would be nice but it was tolerable.
