Seagrove Bungalow 153

Bungalow 153 was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Close enough to the beach to walk but we chose to ride our e-bikes carrying our beach gear. House is close enough to bike mostly anywhere. We biked to Grayton State Park which has a really beautiful beach and also to Seaside where lots of restaurants, bars, shopping etc are. Really great bike able area which was what we wanted. Perfect vacation with no issues!

My friends and i have already decided we will deliberately look for properties managed by RealJoy on all future trips. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Instructions and expectations of us were clear and simple. They made recommendations when i contacted them before arrival. There was a power outage due to storms and they were quick to respond with expected times of restoration. They were the most organized property management team I've ever dealt with!!!

Seagrove Bungalow is beautiful and decorated with beach decor. Easy to book. Received instructions and that was all we needed. Convenient to walk to beach. We rented a golf cart and zipped around the area. Great restaurants nearby. Bungalow was very quiet area and as it is an individual unit, no noise from shared walls with other vacationers.

Our stay here was perfect. We had everything we needed and more during our stay. It was an easy five minute walk to the public beach access at the end of the street. Our stay at Seagrove Bungalows was exactly what we needed for Spring Break - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops, but secluded from the traffic and action of 30A. For our 9 and 11 yo boys, the pool and nearby shave ice were all they needed. The house was perfect sized for our family of 4, very clean and with a well stocked kitchen. We’d love to return!

Bungalow 153 was perfect for our one week stay in Santa Rosa. It was walkable to the beautiful beaches and the pools were very close to bungalow. The house was neat and clean with King size beds in each bedroom with full baths in each, very nice. Loved the balconies off of the bedrooms. Kitchen was organized with all utensils and appliances needed. Very nice common area with 1/2 bath and washer and dryer. We rented bikes and biked 30A and even visited Truman’s house “The Truman Show”. Would definitely return to Santa Rosa, and would request to stay in bungalow 153 again!

Superb location that was walkable to Cafe 30A where we had a delicious meal, we also walked to Goosefeathers market for yummy peel 'n eat shrimp and smoked tuna dip that we enjoyed on New Years Eve, close walkable proximity to the beach, beyond clean with plenty of towels and washcloths, responsive and proactive communication and we even received a welcome gift that made us feel right at home.

The only reason I am not giving this property a 10/10 is the check in process and communication with the management team. I would recommend including the name of the neighborhood (Bungalows) in the check in description. Google Maps dead ended us by two gated communities, which was confusing. Also, the fact that we could not check in even slightly before 4pm was underwhelming. Lastly, the property could have used more housekeeping supplies. We were only given 2 trash bags. I have called and left a message requesting more. Never heard back from anyone. Now onto the great bits. Check out process was super simple and not burdensome. The bungalow itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is great. The little community it’s in has 2 pools, which was a great added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

I was expecting a long walk per the reviews but it was so close! I don’t understand why people were saying it was a far walk. It’s just one short straight shot to the beach. They also provide a little cart to wheel your stuff to the beach that was really appreciated. This place is gorgeous better than the pictures and the neighborhood is cute. Very close to seaside. We were pretty comfy and enjoyed our stay. Also LOVED that the kiddie pool is right next to us. Perfect for the toddler.
Some of the things they include are 2 donut floats, gas grill, cart, towels for showering, and small shower essentials.
What they don’t include are seasonings to cook with so bring your own! They do have a keurig but no Kcups. Bring detergent to wash your clothes.
Some of the downsides are no curtains(bright), shower upstairs with the tubs water pressure is sooo low, check in time is late.
All in all super awesome place would stay here again!

We had a great family vacation with two teens. Perfect location, house was clean and area was quite. There were beach chairs, boards, a wagon, cooler and floats on the front porch area. Beach access was close once you get to the beach it’s 200 feet for public area. Highly recommend!

This was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the proximity to nice places to eat and how close it was to public beach access walkways. It suited our needs and was comfortable.
The neighborhood is nice with nice neighbors as well, who live in the bungalows. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and that it was open until 10pm!
For future guests, I would definitely recommend renting bikes or a golf cart. A lot more shopping and restaurant opportunities are in Seaside, and are quite far to walk to! You’ll want to have one of those.
Another thing to note is that Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the area. I definitely recommend using the local taxi services to and from the airport especially.

We booked the bungalow for a March warmer weather getaway (two adults and one teen). We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well furnished, well stocked and a good location. We appreciated the fact that two beach chairs were provided along with a beach wagons and boogie board(which we didn’t use but we used the chairs). The kitchen is fully stocked and included a small dish soap and three dishwasher detergents. The king beds were comfy and we found it mostly quiet (our neighbors were a little loud when they’d lounge at their front door talking loudly while I was trying to read on our balcony, but they were pleasant). The pools are unheated (chilly for March) but the jacuzzi hot tub got a lot of use by me! The beach is (according to my watch) a six minute walk and very close. Another reviewer posted that it’s a “long walk” where you have to go through a private beach but seriously…..it’s not bad, very easy and very close. If you’re able to walk 5-10 min, you can do it. We enjoyed nearby restaurants (cooked our own breakfasts/lunches in the fully stocked kitchen) and a walk to popular Seaside is less than two miles which I did almost daily. 30A is a lovely location. We would come back in a heartbeat.

This property is perfect for our family of 4. This house was very clean/neat, and had a good amenity package. The cookware was really nice (which isn't common), and all the daily necessities (showers, beds, appliances, and furniture are nice). Rent a golf cart for easy mobility to-from the restaurants, beaches, and stores. Pool is really nice, and the property is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

The space was very clean and very comfortable. The walk to the beach is a decent 10-15 min walk from the front door to the sand. I suggest taking a wonder wheeler if you have lots of beach stuff. We ended up renting chairs instead of lugging all of our stuff.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay! Very clean, small pool right in front of the house, and short walk to the beach. It's about 1.5 miles to downtown Seaside, and we didn't have a problem ubering and walking on the beach. We loved staying here and would definitely return!

We had a excellent stay at this house. It’s an easy walk of 0.4 miles straight to the beach. The house is also fully furnished with everything you need as we brought our own food to cook. It’s less then 2 miles from Seaside Market. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again in the future.
