Great for those with a disability as there is a ramp down to the sand and the water is not far. Quiet, comfortable and near all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful white sand beach with emerald water.

I only had one complaint, our door broke the first night but it was fixed right away. condo is a little dated and could use some touch up paint but was exactly as described, quiet, good price and great location. the pool and hot tub were a great bonus and we loved that it had beach toys, chairs and an in unit washer and dryer!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the beach is beautiful and we are very happy to spend our holiday away from home in such a pretty place. Our family has stayed in a ton of VRBO’s and AIRBnbs and this one ranks up there in our top, so we are happy about that! The convenience of the carts to bring up items through the elevator is amazing. That saved our backs for sure and the short walk to the beach is perfect. We didn’t use electronics because we brought boardgames and card games, so I can’t review those items. The beach was our tv! The wraparound balcony is neat too! A+++

The condo is very roomy and quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Only negatives we found which were not that big of a deal to us, were the kitchen was only adequate with utensils and the dooor from the master to balcony was stuck shut, I communicated quickly with the management and let them know. Overall a great week and look forward to staying again in the future

Nice smaller building on Okaloosa Island. Quiet and well maintained. Kyle, the property manager, made sure everything was going well during our stay. Directly on the beach with a super short board walk. Perfect for people wanting to be directly on the beach. The condo itself was beautiful as well. You can’t beat this location.

This condo was ideal for our family trip. It was bright and spacious, and we loved the location. This stretch of beach was quieter than that closer to the boardwalk, but it was still only a short drive to restaurants. My parents were able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids at the beach or in the pool. When we had a maintenance issue, they were quick to come out and check on it. Communication was excellent and we had all the information we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

The huge 3/3 condo has a fabulous porch with direct access to the beach; it is a corner unit so very quiet. Only 1.5 miles from a large Publix, for convenience. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Only stayed for 2 nights and it was Everything I needed. The location is perfect and the view of the pool and ocean is perfect for children playing and enjoying the oceans sounds. I wish the beds were more comfortable to consider a longer stay in the future.

This was a getaway trip for me and my cousins to get away and just relax. I must say that this place was beautiful. It sat directly on the beach and you woke up to just beautiful views. I would definitely book this place again!

We were very pleased with the location of this property. The views were incredible and the condo was nicely updated. The only suggestion would be to next update the linens, carpet and couch, but they were clean. Want to come back again next year!

We loved staying in this condo! Beach access with 3 children was a breeze. We really enjoyed being on the second floor; we had great views. There was very little noise heard from neighboring units. The decorations were very beachy and beautiful. It smelled like cookies and they even had relaxing music playing when we arrived! We are looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay and are planning on booking again ASAP! We loved the balcony and the decor of the condo! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and loved each bedroom having their own bathroom! There was plenty of storage space in the mast bedroom/bath but limited space in the full size bed bedroom as the closet was filled with renovation materials. There was not even a place to lay out clothing or a suitcase. The bedroom with twins bed had closets but one was also filled with renovation materials. It did have a dresser but the inside of the dresser was dirty so we did not use it. It was also missing a knob, which obviously very little impacted the function but looked tacky. We noticed that materials (paint cans and such) were placed in each closet, while we appreciate and understand the importance of updating/repairing, it seemed like it could have been condensed to give guests more storage space and help with the tidy esthetic. I would recommend replacing the front door mat and ensuring cleaning staff sweeps by the door prior to guests arrival. It was faded and obviously had not been cleaned for awhile therefore we tracked dirt into the condo immediately. First impressions are everything and as soon as i saw the mat was leary of the cleanliness of the condo. Overall, it was clean and we felt comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and was convenient to quickly run back to the condo. Parking was nice since it was covered. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

We loved this property! Amazing views, conveniently located across from well stocked Tom Thumb store, master bed was soooo comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed! No complaints! The unit has undergone renovations and is a spacious 3 bed 3 bath ideal for family groups. The small complex does lend itself to a less crowded beachfront experience, and we were thankful for that during the holiday weekend. Only constructive feedback is that Outdoor furniture looks to be in transition (out with old and in with new) and the patio door is hard to open.

We had an amazing time in Florida. The condo is just like the picture very beachy and airy. Very comfortable beds and updated appliances in the kitchen. The beach is so close to the unit. The condo is also an end-unit, so it has more windows giving us great views of the water. It really was the perfect location. There were a few problems, though. The first being the Internet. It didn’t work from day one and despite someone coming out twice to look at and replacing the router, it still didn’t function consistently. It worked on an unsecured network for a day but then kicked us off again. Real Joy’s solution was to use the Wi-Fi in the unit directly above us, which work well in the master bedroom and the living room but was out of range of the two bedrooms near the front of the condo where our kids were. The second problem was the smoke detectors. At one point they started just going off. They’re all connected throughout the condo and when one starts they all alarm. It did this for a couple minutes then stopped then repeated two more times within an hour. I took the batteries out but then they just chirped so I remove them from the wall completely. This was at 11 o’clock at night. The emergency people were very receptive and someone came out to take care of this but they’re plan was to do what I already did, remove them from the wall.Someone came the next morning with fresh batteries and reconnected the smoke detectors. However, later that day they did the same thing so I just remove them from the wall completely. Despite these two things, it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place and if we ever visit Okaloosa Island again, Sea Dunes 204 will be our home.
