Owen's Oasis at Sandprints is a lovely 2 story townhouse featuring a spacious living room and a queen sofa sleeper, separate dining area, breakfast nook and a full kitchen. Upstairs you'll find a master with a king bed and balcony, as well as a guest bedroom with two twin beds, so this vacation retreat sleeps 6! The entrance to Owen's Oasis is on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to go up a flight of stairs. With just a short stroll to beautiful emerald Gulf waters, one dedicated parking spot just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you’ll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable!

Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Exceptional

It was the best condo ever we have been going to Florida every summer since I was born in my 20 years this one was great I have a 4 month old and it was quit you don't have any trouble with anyone it was so close to the beach we had 6 people with us and there was so much room we made it at 10 at night and we need a sheet for the pull out couch at 11 oclock the same night they deliver some and more without asking they where so kind there prices for what you get is amazing we paid 700 for 2 story condo 2 bedroom one pullout couch a full luadry room and kitchen and they provide everything you need for it and the 2 rooms upstairs had there own bathroom and a half bath downstairs my husband forgot his fan and they already had one there they have everything you need there pool was nice and they had a restroom there with a changing table to me that's heaven with a little one There's was nothing i didnt like.
