This is my second time staying at this location and it’s always amazingly clean and has clear instructions. Great once again!

First time to Panama Beach City and we loved it! Real Joy’s Airbnb is super clean and comfy! Real Joy has thought of practically everything! Other condo owners and fellow Airbnb’ers are VERY friendly. Condo grounds are clean and well kept. We felt safe the entire time. Condo doesn’t have beach chairs or an umbrella so we rented them for multiple days for a fraction of the cost of what the company on the beach rents them for. We rented two chairs that fold and have backpack-style shoulder straps from “Shore Thing Beach Supplies” who dropped them off and picked them up.
Cannot say enough good things about Real Joy and this Airbnb. If we come back to Panama Beach City, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent condo and just loved the ground floor access. Was so easy to walk straight out from the patio to the pool or beach and close to the main gate if one in our party wanted to lock up while the kids headed to pool or beach. The Murphy bed was super comfy & made the most of the space. Beautiful sunset views right from the patio! Thank you for sharing this lovely property with our family!

We had stayed at Pelican Walk last year but this was a MUCH nicer condo! Cleaner, better decor, more comfortable bed. We loved that it was on the first floor and so close to the pool. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful place. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. Just steps to the beach and the pool. It made our vacation hassle free and relaxing. We felt right at home during our stay. The condo was extremely cozy with great furniture, beds and decor. The facilities staff were also very helpful and they do a wonderful job of keeping the property neat and clean.

We were here for 2 weeks during spring break. It was far enough down the beach to be away from all the chaos but close enough for many good restaurants. There was an immense police presence patrolling the beach…maybe because it was spring break but there were no issues around us. The entire condo building was quite quiet. Our patio was only 20 yards from the heated pool. We would have preferred that pool be warmer. The other pool was not heated at all. Not many people were swimming. The condo kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Both bathrooms and showers were great. The only concern was the sofa seemed too soft.. the springs are too squishy. We really enjoyed the keyless entry. We would recommend it to anyone and may return in the future.

This was a lovely condo located in a nice community. The view of the beach was perfect and easy to access. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was very comfortable, the showers had quick hot water and excellent water pressure, and the entire area was calm and peaceful.

The property was in a wonderful location and great easy access to the beach with wonderful views. We had a slight issue with the washer machine which they were quick to respond, fix, and make things right. They take pride in their clients and make sure they are treated great. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

AMAZING!!! The view from the kitchen sink is a dream! Family of 5 and we had plenty of room. Loved being just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was clean, stocked with plenty of towels, and beautiful place! We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night!

When looking through countless numbers of resorts along PCB shore, this one stood out to me, even though I was worried it would be too small for my group of 6. I analyzed the pictures and finally took the plunge and boy was I so happy I did!
First off, this place is more spacious than it appears in the picture. May be tight for 6 adults though.
Second, the pool is heated.
Third, the view is marvelous no matter the hour or weather, and the walk to beach is quick.
All items in house were in working order and there is everything you need to cook with.
Hot tub still not open due to covid. The resort is on the East side of PCB and not in the middle busy area. Not a bad drive to PierPark and other busier beaches, and still plenty for kids to do.
I wouldn’t go here to party at or be able wild; it is a more mild and mellow resort with lots of fun things to do.

Loved the unit, convenient to everything. Weve stayed at Pelican Walk many times and love the property. The January weather did not cooperate with us this year, it was cold, so we left earlier than expected. The hot tub was also closed which was a bummer for us, but the unit is excellent, ground floor which we wanted, close to the heated pool. We already plan to come back in August which hopefully the weather will be much better.

The location was great. The condo was perfect; close to the pool, beach view, lots of space, and decor was beautiful! Also, very clean. The patio was great for sitting and watching the waves. We saw dolphins several times during our stay from the patio! We plan to rent 109 again and again!

Great condo! We enjoyed being on the first floor , close to the pool and beach. Condo was upgraded with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Would have been great to have had WiFi, smart TVs for Netflix etc, a fan for noise when sleeping, better toiletries and more paper towels and toilet paper. Other than that we loved it.

This unit is awesome! Being on the first floor right by the pool with quick access to the beach was the best aspect of this stay!

The condo unit was decorated and furnished absolutely perfectly! The only thing wrong was the freezer didn't make ice. Otherwise the condo was fabulous. Housekeeping could step it up. The sheets on both the King size bed and Murphy bed were dirty and had not been cleaned. But that is a housekeeping issue and no reflection on the owner at all. I will gladly book this unit again in the future!
