Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom 3-bathroom Cottage Home 500ft from gated beach access in Miramar Beach! This beautiful home offers plenty of open space and a well-equipped kitchen that you will have everything you need to cook your dinners. Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony taking in the serenity. The first-floor bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs you’ll find the spacious king master bedroom with balcony access and en suite bath. There’s also a bunk room, with 1 twin-over-twin and 1 twin-over queen bunk, and en suite bath on this floor Take a short stroll to the gated beach access, splash around in the community pool, or chill on the wraparound balcony! You’ll have everything you need and more at Miramar Manor!

Cottage Retreat is a gated community of just 24 Old-Florida-style cottages in the highly sought-after Miramar Beach area. The neighborhood has gated beach access just across Scenic Hwy 98. Amenities include a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and grilling area! This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Come see why families vacation to Cottage Retreat year after year!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location, walking distance to the private, beach entrance. Pool and spa was a nice amenity, with heated pool for the cooler days. Location was within 10 min of main road with restaurants, stores, amusement park, along with anything else you need. Overall, 5 star and would return again!

I was informed ahead of time of instructions. I was emailed and texted. I also received a voicemail once I arrived that I could call if I had any problems. The community was nice, the pets allowed was a plus for this booking.

Great location and exactly as pictured! Clean and had everything we needed! Host communication was great. Easy walk to the beach and we could hear the waves from the house. We enjoyed the large community pool and porch/balcony outdoor seating at the house. We would definitely stay again! We traveled with kids and spent most of our time at the beach and the pool, but we also found a great park in Destin- Captain Leonard Destin Park- perfect for sunset picnic!

FANTASTIC location (directly across main road from private beach entrance). CLEAN house. Looks just like the pics. The management company gave inaccurate info twice that resulted in additional trips to stores (in traffic time), but they were responsive quickly & apologetic for the misinformation. There were damaged tiles downstairs & unpainted dry wall repairs, but they did not impair our enjoyment. Otherwise the house, grounds, and neighborhood is very well maintained and felt safe. The door to the pantry in the kitchen is locked & inaccessible and made it difficult to find space for food for our week’s stay. But the fridge is huge & dishwasher worked great & the cabinets were well stocked. We had 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 11-14) and had plenty of room & loved that each room had its own bathroom with a shower. The heated pool & hot tub were great bonuses! The very short walk to the beach in addition to being close to so much made for a great vacation. We would definitely stay again!!!

RealJoy, specifically Devin, was extremely responsive and helpful when we experienced issues with the refrigerator in the unit. They got it resolved quickly and did everything they could to make it right. This property is so close to the beach and was the perfect location for us to stay.
