Miramar Charms is a chic 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home. It boasts a phenomenal location in Miramar Beach's Terra Cotta Terrace community, only 435yds from private beach access. You will love the exemplary modern coastal design throughout, and the ample gathering space in the open floor plan highlighted by multiple living areas and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. This exquisite home can sleep up to 12 guests with the following accommodations: On the first floor, there is a Master suite with a king bed as well as 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. On the second floor, you will find an additional king master suite featuring a separate sitting area and sleeper sofa, another king suite, and a queen guest bedroom. Outside, there is more to enjoy, including a fenced-in yard for your pet and a propane grill to enjoy cooking outdoors year round. Located within walking distance to gated deeded beach access, as well as world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, this Mediterranean-inspired beach community also includes a community pool, sand volleyball, and tennis courts. Terra Cotta Terrace is a luxury development of Mediterranean-style homes in the highly sought-after Crystal Beach area. The neighborhood has private gated beach access just across Scenic Hwy 98. Amenities include a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a sand volleyball court. This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Realjoy did a great job resolving or attempting to resolve issues like no hot water and missing fridge shelves. Unfortunately, the owner was challenging, not approving repairs quickly (if at all). This was in keeping with the property’s impression- the owner probably doesn’t occupy the property very often and is deferring maintenance.
However, the space was large, and clean, especially for a home allowing pets (and particularly aided by the laminate floors, vs carpet).

Fantastic trip with no issues in a great house... I thought it was exactly as pictured, described, and of the value expected for this type of AIRBNB. 1000 feet from toes in the sand. Completely met our expectations and would stay again.
This is a 4.3 when compared apples to apples to other places as this place is a "Dog Friendly" house with fewer "touchy" amenities and a rough edge or two - there are plenty of pots and pans and enough stuffs for 3 days with medium kitchen use/cooking.
A few notes: private sleeping for 3 couples all on king size beds; add another couple on a queen for very private but a little more sharesies on the master bath as the master closet was converted to a queen bedroom...that's right no master closet but you don't need it because the master is so large; you could sleep 14 using the 3 queen pull outs - great option for big beach party. The jacuzzi in the master is great. The enclosed BY is great for the puppies....

Unfortunately our stay here was due to our family and fur babies having to evacuate our own home from the arrival and direct hit of Hurricane Milton and not a planned vacation. BUT this home did not disappoint and it was perfect for us. Our family and fur babies had plenty of room, the home was clean and the environment was very comfortable. The communication with the property management was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They did not skip a beat.

Place was as described on website. There were a few issues but nothing huge. Realjoy responded and resolved issues promptly. We had one bath drain clog while there, they resolved literally within 2 hours of my massaging them. I literally offered a tip to the guy who fixed it but he refused due to company policy. I dislike when companies do that but understand it. Overall was happy with the trip and would rent this property again or rent from Realjoy again.
