This house is in such a beautiful neighborhood and the backyard was so beautiful. We enjoying the outdoor fireplace so much. The location/distance to the beach was the best for us. With kids, we were so happy to be able to take a short walk and be at the beach. Overall, the property was great. We went in the winter and it got a little cold. Unfortunately, the indoor fireplace didn’t work. Additionally, there was one bedroom that didn’t have a tv, overall, not a big deal. We would definitely stay again. NOTE: the ice maker didn’t make ice so, buy ice and also, bring corkscrew if you plan on drinking wine.

Very comfortable and nice looking house. Beautiful property, the pictures of the outdoor space don't do it justice. The proximity to the beach was incredible, with great beach chairs, blankets and umbrellas. SO GREAT to have 4 bikes! With so many things in close distance on a bike! Because I use reviews to help me figure out how to plan for a trip, I'll mention for future renters it will be helpful to bring some of your own things - beach towels, laundry pods, coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels (there's a starter roll of each), some kitchen items if you plan to cook like chopping knives, tongs. The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to lots of stuff!! We will probably come back to this same house, we loved the location so so much.

We had an excellent stay at LUV by the sea. Everything with the house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and the cart provided was a huge help in carrying down all of our chairs and toys. We took the short drives over to Seaside and Rosemary for dinners. We also utilized the bikes to ride down to Rosemary as well. Overall, this house worked great for our two families.

House was great, we really enjoyed the back yard area and fire pit. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad, and the kids used the bikes nonstop! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect with everything a party of 8 needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. An easy walk or bike to the beach. Would definitely hope for another stay at “Luv By the Sea”

"Luv by the Sea" is a great house in a good location. The design and layout is really nice, as are the outdoor areas (patio, yard, etc.). Beach bikes are fun, but would be a little safer with lights for riding at night (can get a little dicey on the public bikeways without). Our only other complaint is that towels are not provided; also be aware that anything that can be ingested (including salt & pepper) from previous vacationers has been tossed, so you'll have to buy everything you'll need upon arrival. Just the same, we had a great time, and would recommend highly to others.

We had a great long getaway weekend!!! While the weather was picture-perfect, having the right accommodations also helps. We loved the quaintness and relaxation factor of LUV By the Sea. It is quiet, picturesque, and well-outfitted. Yes, it is about a 300 yard simple walk to get to the beach access (and then about 50 - 55 steps to get down to the beach). The thoughtfulness of having a collapsible wagon, 8 beach chairs, a few beach mats, and a plethora of beach toys for the little ones is a great touch. The house is perfect for a period of relaxation, whether it be a long weekend, a week, or whatever. Having coffee in the backyard in the early morning quiet is a real plus. The kitchen is adequately outfitted if you decide to stay in and cook. I think because of COVID, if you do decide, you need to bring every food stuff you will need (cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper, etc.). Having the gas grill in the backyard is also a nice point. We also brought extra paper towels and toilet paper with us, and it was necessary as all they leave you with is one small roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each of the 2 bathrooms. Another really nice touch is the corner cabinet filled with board games, books, playing cards, etc. That also came in handy for us, and we hurriedly left home for the weekend and didn't think about much else other than "getting away". We enjoyed spending the evenings around the firepit in the backyard--there is something so therapeutic about watching a fire. As far as accommodations, the spacious master bedroom has a comfortable, slightly soft king mattress and a larger than needed walk-in closet and decent master bath with a dual vanity. The secondary bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom is small, and serves as the bathroom for both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The house was really perfect for us for a long weekend (husband, wife, and adult daughter). It would also fit 2 couples well. Beyond that, I wonder if the lack of a 3rd bedroom might be a constraining factor (if you had two families with younger children, for example)? Overall, we had a marvelous time this past weekend, and are grateful that we were able to stay at LUV By the Sea. It really is a great place to stay and is convenient to both Rosemary Beach to the east (maybe 8 min drive) and The Hub to the west (maybe 2-3 mins).

Thanks so much for being a fantastic host. We loved our gift bag…it was so thoughtful and welcoming!!! You were prompt on questions and needs. Loved the the fire pit and porch for relaxing and the distance to beach was easy. Enjoyed the bikes and the backpack chairs and the wagon for carrying fishing supplies. We would rent again!!!

It was comfortable and clean! I received 15 emails (so annoying) that were hard to decipher, long and repetitive before the stay but never received my rental agreement until I called. We also received a call saying that the owner would be coming by to do some touch up paint on Saturday which I shouldn’t have agreed to because it did feel awkward while we were trying to relax. The painter was extremely nice and professional however he was not the owner. I did not appreciate being lied to by Real Joy Vacations as we spent a lot of money and felt inconvenienced on our stay.

Great location especially if you have younger children. Close walk to the beach and more quiet neighborhood setting. House was charming and yard was fun. You are in the middle of two of the busier little beaches so you can go a short ways and be by shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again

Great spot along 30A. The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. It was the perfect house for our vacation with three small kids!

Nice vacation property. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for a family. Plenty of extra towels, the beach chairs were a plus. Roomy & comfortable living area. Screened in back porch with convenient outdoor shower great for rinsing off sand after the beach.

The house is beautiful and has tons of room for everyone. There also are bikes included which make it easier to get to the beach and the other places in the area. The walk to the beach was very easy and convenient to walk back to the house for lunch or if you forgot anything. There also is games available and plenty of places to hang out at outside the house with everyone. Certainly going to stay here again and take advantage of the huge kitchen with all of the kitchenware provided! The washer and dryer was a life saver too.
