Welcome to Long Beach Resort #4-1101. The spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the Gulf views while relaxing in the living room or in the kitchen. Step out onto this beautiful, private balcony and listen to the waves crash against the shoreline! The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters with hardwood cabinets. Each of the three bedrooms has balcony access and its own attached bathroom! The master bed has a king-size bed with a luxurious attached bathroom with a walk in shower! You will find another king-size bed in the first guest room, and this bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The second guest room has two queen beds and a tub/shower combination in the attached guest bath. This 11th-floor condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. As an extra bonus, this unit comes with 2 beach chairs included in your stay! Long Beach Resort #4-1101 is a great choice for a Panama City Beach getaway or a fun family vacation on the Gulf Coast.

Long Beach Resort is a beachfront condominium offering a variety of fantastic amenities for you to take advantage of during your getaway on the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the lagoon-style community pool or lounge on the surrounding sundeck and soak up some sunshine. The resort also offers two additional Polynesian pools, a poolside bar and grill, a fitness center, and community barbecue grills for you to enjoy. Pier Park, containing a multitude of restaurants and shopping boutiques, is just a short drive away from your beach condo at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach.

**Long Beach Resort will undergo exterior renovations from approximately August 2025 through April 2026. This essential work is being done to meet Florida safety requirements and includes repairs to balconies, walkways, and building exteriors. While contractors will work to minimize disruption, the property will be an active construction site during this time. Guests may experience occasional noise, limited access to certain areas (including balconies and pools), and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding as the resort undergoes these important improvements.**

We really enjoyed our stay. It is right on the beach so it is very convenient to get on to the beach and come home for anything that we missed. The unit is beautifully decorated. There are many restaurants nearby and we had amazing time!

Family Trip 2024

Nice beach and community

The condo and community was nice. The condo had all the amenities that we needed. The area was a bit crowded with spring break kids but it was just that time of year. Thanks for the stay!

Great family vacay!

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful and had a great layout. The views are amazing from the front two bedrooms and the master balcony! We did have a few issues with the elevator on arrival day (both were out for several hours) and checkout day, as only one was working! We also had some maintenance issues with the ac but it was resolved quickly and the unit coils were replaced. The property manager was great to work with and responded quickly and effectively to our issues! *The only negative would be that the mattresses are a very poor quality. Overall we would rent this unit again without a doubt!

We love Long Beach Resort

We had a great week at Long Beach Resort as always. This property was similar to others we’ve stayed at in the past. The floors didn’t seem as though they had been cleaned and there was no trash bag in the trash can. Also, the property owner didn’t give us the beach access code upon check-in but did respond very promptly to an email asking for it even though it dwas after hours. Also, the master bed did not have a sheet on it but the rental company responded promptly to our call and brought a sheet even though it was around 11pm!! Overall we were very satisfied with this property!!

Fabulous place to stay. The amount of space for 7 of us was incredible and everything was clean and well kept. Walmart being across the parking lot was a huge perk!
Only complaint is master bathroom had a mosquito issue. I alerted RealJoy after trying to resolve the issue myself. They contacted the property manager who dropped off a plug-in trap & spray the next day.
Overall, excellent property, facility, and loved the condo itself. Can't wait for our next stay!

The condo was exactly as described! All the beds and linens were clean, and comfortable. The location was a stone's throw from Walmart, and many restaurants! To top it off, the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing!!! Kudos to our host Kathryn! Thanks a bunch!!
