Welcome to a unique experience in beach front Klaus House #3! It is just steps off the back Deck to the Gulf of Mexico and a short drive to Pier Park, 30A, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor. This beach front town home is located in one of the most desirable locations in all of Panama City Beach; just 12 miles from the Panama City airport (ECP, serviced by Delta and Southwest Airlines), on Front Beach Road, 1 mile from the popular Pier Park outdoor mall with stores, restaurants, movie and IMAX cinema and night life! Just across the street are dining options at the Boar's Head, frozen custard shop, Pizza Hut, Sunsations beach store, and in easy walking distance, Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and even a British pasty eatery. Enjoy golf courses, St. Andrews State Park. and amusement attractions in the area.

The first thing you'll notice as you enter the spacious main level is the gulf views straight out the glass sliders and the tile flooring on this level. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a refrigerator with french doors with icemaker, and granite counter tops on the eat in bar that seats 2. Your chef will love the view! The living room features cozy furnishings that include a sleeper sofa, built ins and a flatscreen Tv, Streaming services only. There is a full bath with a shower on this level. The outdoor space on the main level features two lounges and a dining table set with umbrella along with what you are here for, being steps from the sand!

The beach-side deck is equipped with loungers, a dining set with umbrella, a ceramic charcoal grill, outdoor shower and fabulous SUNSETS!

Take the stairs to the upper level and you will find two bedrooms. The Gulf Front Master features a King size bed, Flatscreen Tv w/ streaming only, access to a Gulf Front balcony with two chairs. Between the two bedrooms is a large bath, with a tub/shower combination for perfect relaxation, wall mounted hair dryer and large vanity. the Queen bedroom faces Front Beach Rd, has a Flatscreen Tv w/ streaming only, juliet balcony and adjoins the bath as well. This unique home sleeps 6 guests.

With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. Amazing vacation!

Loved the place.. amazing beach access.. a comfortable place to stay. Bathroom doors didnt have working locks, but not a big issue. The thin curtains hinder sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, good price! (May 14-19, 2024)

We enjoyed our stay at this property. You can't beat being right on the ocean. We have stayed in one of the other units here and I can assure you that you will not hear your neighbors while you are inside (at least we haven't). The decor is a little dark but how much time do your really spend inside? Beds and furniture are comfortable. The only problem is the jets in the master tub did not work which didn't impact us but you might care.

Great place to stay

Great location right on the beach. The KlausHouse 3 is very clean and beds are comfortable. Me, my wife and two boys had a great time. I would stay at a Real Joy property again. They were very responsive, the house had everything we needed and check in/out process was easy.

Perfect family getaway!

The property was perfect! Perfect easy beach access! The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great! The new deck out back was fabulous! We loved the grill and the outdoor table was big enough to seat our family. Property management was super to work with and took care of any needs we had. My kids had the best time! We loved meeting the neighbors and their dog. Without a doubt, we will be back and are already looking into booking for 2022! Thanks for such a great stay and amazing memories made!

Wonderful location

We loved everything, especially the location. I read other reviews about the deck being bad and was pleased they had replaced it before our stay. My only requests would be to fix the upstairs doors so they shut easier and supply more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week for a family.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more available supplies. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent. Great little townhouse just a few steps from the beach

This property looks just as pictured. It was clean and had the everything we needed for the week. The beds are comfortable too. It was super close to a few restaurants and Winn Dixie is a few blocks down the way. There are balconies off of both bedrooms and the sunset is AMAZING! The only thing that was a bummer is the deck is very uneven and prickly. I couldn't let my one-year-old grandson play out there. There is actually a sign on the patio that reads you must wear shoes on the deck. It's also attached to your neighbors on both sides so there is no privacy at all. Both our neighbors were quiet and nice so it wasn't a big deal. But other than that, it was a great little place.

Great Stay

Loved this Townhome. Right on the beach with modern upgrades. If you are a smoker , this is NOT the place for as you will have to walk to the beach or across the street. We had a few maintenance issues that were fixed right away . Wonderful patio looking at the Gulf. Wonderful sunsets every evening. We will definitely stay here again.
