We loved the house! Master bathroom was fantastic! The pool was great! Backyard was very private and you didn’t feel like a lot of people were around. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this property. The company was very responsive to all of the questions I had. There were 10 women that stayed there and we felt beyond safe in the neighborhood. The house is a few short blocks from the beach and the pool was very clean and warm when we got there. 10/10 all around. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Destin!

This really is the jewel of Destin! Great walking distance to the beach and close to many needed amenities like Target,Public, Henderson Spa etc. Every room was destined with the residents in mind. The wall beds were a great addition to an already beautiful house

The Jewel at Terra Cotta was such a beautiful home. The house smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. The backyard was nice. 10 pm quiet time is enforced. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The private beach area reserved for Terra Cotta residents was a little small but since our trip was in September, it was fine since it wasn't as crowded. The area felt safe. Everything worked. Everything was clean. Definitely recommend the Jewel at Terra Cotta. Each bunk is equipped with a personal fan, light, and outlet. Very convenient for a group of friends staying. The only thing the house was missing was a full-length mirror. A group of girls definitely need one of those :) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This estate is truly a Gem! Upon arrival to the Jewel of Terra Cotta we were absolutely amazed how beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern appearance of this incredible home. It looks and feels brand new! I personally love the layout of the house; very spacious open floor plan for our party of five adults. Huge beautiful 3bed/3bath all spaciously separated makes you feel like you are the only ones there. The backyard was my oasis, the pool is a real plus for this property. The luxury of taking a relaxing dip after a long fun day and evening bbq on a private deck. The location to the beautiful beach is reasonably close and love the private access to the clean beach and turquoise water! They do offer other amenities on the Enclave grounds but we didn’t use them, our party was beach struck. Vrbo & RealJoy were spot-on with their professional and courteous services; everything from checkin to checkout was smooth and seamless. Their communication and customer service was the key; we had two very minor issues onsite, I notified RealJoy and they promptly resolved the issues the very next day. They even sent me very useful information on what to do and see in Destin, a nice touch from the experienced locals. Amazing vacation getaway! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home pictures were accurate. We had a few issues but they were gladly to be fixed and when i needed to speak to someone, it happened very quickly. Very nice as well!!!
Only thing, stock up of toilet paper and paper towels, and take your own beach towels for future guest.
Kitchen had everything we needed and we had a great thanksgiving week with my whole family there! Nice to have a late night swim when the beach was too cold but overall i would recommend this home to other friends and family. Beach walking distance and the amenities in the neighborhood were a plus!

RealJoy was easy to work with. Our house was clean when we arrived. The only negative thing I'd say is they do not give many essentials. We had 3 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 nights with 7 adults. We basically went through that the first couple of days. I wish they would stock enough toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, etc. to get you through the stay. Also, there was no salt and pepper at the house. Yes, we can go buy this stuff, but when you are paying over $5K, I believe these necessary items should be included and get you through the stay.

House was perfect for our family trip! Beautiful house close to the beach. The built in bunk beds were a hit for our kids and everyone slept soundly! Pool was awesome.. definitely needed to have it heated since the weather was still chilly in March. Basic amenities could have been better given the length of our stay (toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and garbage bags). We had to purchase many things and leave them since we flew. Heads up- Shower towels were provided but none available for the beach. Another item we had to purchase and leave behind or throw away. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place is just perfect !!! Check in is just get the door code (1 hr before check in time ) … then at the right time just walk in … so simple and easy !! House have huge spaces … very modern and cozy design … all rooms have TVs … they have all that I needed in the kitchen … gave us like 20 towels… I can’t just remember every single nice detail about this place … definitely I’m coming back in the future !!!

We had an amazing time on our most recent trip to Destin. This was our 4th time in the area and our family loved this home. The home had plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, the outdoor space in the back was relaxing, and it’s a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house was extremely clean and spacious. Perfect for families with active children. The pool was more popular than the beach with the kids.. Kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals.. Beach was a good walk uphill so the kids rode in wagons and since it is private, it was not crowded. Two small issues - dryer was slow to dry clothes and ice maker was slow to produce ice.,!but did not interfere with us enjoying the house.. Overall, we highly recommend this house.

This has been the best vacation we have been on in a while. The house was so nice and our favorite part was having a private pool for the kid’s to swim in whenever they wanted. When the ocean water felt too rough we came back and let the kids swim in the pool. We plan to book again next year. There were two things that needed attention, but not major, the washing machine had some nasty scum in it, but we cleaned it. The downstairs room had a loud humming/vibrating noise that we could not figure out what it was. We also rented a golf cart which was perfect to ride around in. My family loved the house and we did not want to leave.

I’ve been traveling to Destin for vacations for 25+ years and this was hands down the best vacation spot we’ve used. And that was in February! Entire property was spotless on arrival. The rooms were huge, the furniture was comfortable and great quality. Kitchen was stocked excellently with enough stuff to cook for a small army. Beds were comfortable..pillows coulda been upgraded, but I’m a little snobby in that area lol. And lastly the pool was perfect. Only thing I would’ve wished different, was that it be a little closer to the beach, or that it had a golf cart. We had young kids and adults with us, which required some kind of vehicle to bring everything to the beach. It was manageable, so It didn’t impact our stay. If I could afford to have this place for a week this summer, we’d absolutely be back then. Thank you!!

Our experience was excellent. The home is beautiful and the amenities made our stay just like home. The pool was a highlight for the kids and the beach was a short, easy walk. We were thoroughly impressed and would love to stay again in the future.

This was truly a beautiful house. The 4 of us enjoyed the pool and the private beach that were minutes away by walking. I used the washing machine and an issue with the towels washed. I sent a message through the app and the cleaning service left extra towels within a couple of hours. The location is in a short driving distance to the outlet mall and other shopping locations. There were a few bugs inside and outside but it’s Florida..... that’s to be expected.

It was our first time as a family to FL. This was a great experience. The house is gorgeous, Beds are comfy, the pool is just the right temperature and It’s just a minute or two to the sand. We are used to CA beaches so the white sand and warm water was a surprise. The outdoor shower was a nice touch. Just a wonderful and relaxing trip. And our family really NEEDED this time together. Excellent experience

This house is beautiful. The pool was the highlight for my family. The beach is a good walk for small kids. The current at the beach is very rough so we could not get in the ocean. Also, the rental chairs access most of the shoreline at the beach forcing you to either rent from them or be pushed away from the water. That was very frustrating after walking all the way down with all our beach gear. So, we stayed in and by the pool everyday.

We had 2 families that enjoyed our stay very much! The pool and backyard was nice for day and evenings. There was plenty of room for both the kids and adults to have their own space.
