Hightide on Hiker is a luxury 2,100 sq. ft. home built in 2022 in the Greenway Park Community near Seagrove Beach, right off Highway 30A. This custom-designed, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features gorgeous furnishings, vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and modern décor. Guests are welcomed by a charming front porch and a second-story balcony, both ideal for enjoying Florida's sunset skies. Inside, you'll find two spacious king suites (one on each floor), a bunkroom with two twin bunkbeds, and an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds, providing plenty of space for family and friends.

Outside, the home is equipped with a storage closet for beach and pool toys, as well as a propane grill for cooking and entertaining. Located right across the street from the community pool at Greenway Park, Hightide on Hiker offers the perfect setting to unwind with a refreshing swim or head to the nearby beach. Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

30A has some of the world’s best beaches with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
