This newly renovated Million Dollar, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has 2328s.f. of living space and sleeps up to a maximum occupancy of 8 guests comfortably. Upon entering the updated grand foyer, you’ll be amazed by endless Gulf Views along the southern wall.

Prepare your meals with family and friends in the spacious and newly remodeled kitchen, furnished with stainless-steel KitchenAid Pro appliances including a microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and 2022 Whirlpool French door refrigerator, as well as custom-made cabinets with premium granite countertops. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy dining in the upgraded formal dining room adjoining the kitchen.

In the supreme, open-concept living space, you'll find a New 2022 Samsung 58-inch UHD Smart TV with Netflix, blue ray DVD player, and plenty of seating for all guests, including a leather reclining sofa, loveseat, and swivel rocker.
From the living area, step onto the oversized balcony where you’ll find a new Hi Top outdoor dining table with chairs, and a set of chairs for additional seating- all of which overlooks the pool and the emerald Gulf waters!

The Gulf Front king master suite is simply stunning, complete with a built-in dressing vanity, built-in shelves, bedside tables and lamps, a new Samsung 55" 4K UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Tommy Bahama furniture, a new recliner, upscale bedding/rugs, and modern décor. The en suite bathroom features a jetted tub, a separate large walk-in shower, new granite double vanity countertops, a huge walk-in closet, and a private toilet room. From the master, you’ll be able to open the double glass balcony doors for a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Gulf.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, and closet for storage, a 2021 32” HD Smart TV, with Netflix, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is also accessible from the foyer. The third bedroom has two new queen-size beds, a new 2022 24” HD Smart TV with DVD/Netflix, and an adjoining private bathroom with a shower/tub. Both bathrooms also have new granite countertops, new decor, and custom built-in shelving.

Hidden Dunes 604 has a brand new 2021 Carrier HAVC, digital air and heat, and separate hot water heaters for the kitchen and bathrooms. Also just built in, is a state-of-the-art 2021 Halo-LED whole home in duct air purification system with virus, bacteria, and mold control features. The full-size laundry room is furnished with new Maytag Bravos full-size washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron, and ironing board. The entire condo was also completely repainted in January 2019. Great place to relax with the family. Home very spacious and clean. Me and my family of 5 had more than enough room to spend time together. The home is large enough for you to have alone time as well. The entire property was clean and we all felt safe. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Fantastic and fabulous and spacious and beautiful condo

The views were awesome..we spent a lot of time in the condo due to the cold snap..The furniture was very comfortable to say the least.The beds were comfortable as well, also enjoyed having cable on all of the tv..Not a big fan of Hulu, Netflix and the rest.Give me my regular television shows anytime. Enjoyed my stay wished.I could have stayed longer..

Our stay at 604 Hidden Dunes was fantastic! The condo was spacious and well furnished. It was homey, comfortable and very relaxing! Plenty of space for our entire family. HUGE balcony and views from ceiling to floor widows facing the ocean. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach, where chairs were included with the condo, and the pools on site. The beach in our area was not over crowded and the chair attendants (Bradley and Dusty) were fabulous! We dined at the Grand Marlin multiple nights, just down the road…food was off the charts AMAZING!! And the Crepe Gypsea across the street was delicious! Only a few minor mentions (master bathroom toilet ran non stop, there was a broken leg on one of the side tables and a dining chair leg, and the dishwasher was not very effective…all things that could be easily repaired). The only things that would have made the stay better was having a Keurig in the kitchen. We were ill prepared to start our first morning, since we only brought K cups. Also, having nicer bed linens and towels would have been a plus. For the quality of the rest of the condo, having softer sheets and pillows was expected. Not bad, just not amazing. All in all it was a beautiful location and we really enjoyed our vacation!

Can't believe this property was open at the last minute!

A real joy employee on the property told us this was her favorite condo in hidden dunes and I can see why. It was comfortable and beautiful and the balcony was spacious. Could not have asked for a better place to vacation!

Hidden Dunes

Beautiful condo-very spacious. We had 10 people and there was room for everyone. Easy beach access—no stairs, but ramp access which made it easy carting everything to the beach. The only issue we had was the floors seemed a little dirty. I called and they sent someone up to mop right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Condo!

Views of ocean from 604 are excellent. The condo is spacious and furniture is extremely comfortable. The hwy traffic in front of condo is not as congested as some areas in PCB. However, you are just minutes away from lots of shopping and restaurants. Location is also close to St Andrews State Park, which has an excellent spot for children/adults to snorkel. It is seldom we rent that there is nothing we would change, but this is one of those. Just a perfect set-up. Thanks for letting us enjoy your haven.

Vacation was perfect!

Hidden Dunes 604 was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful unit with everything we needed. We've been renting various condos at PCB for 25 years and this was our favorite so far. Beach access at Hidden Dunes is an easy stroll. There are no stairs to contend with. We plan on renting this unit again. Love it!

Great vacation

Spacious, beautifully decorated condo in a wonderful location. It was perfect for our family. There is no hot tub with this condo. It appears there was at one time. We didn't miss it however. We would stay here again.
