We have rented at these places “Panama beach”5 times, but this one in particular gets 5 stars.
Everything was very clean and easy to get in, peaceful Nobody was bothering around and the beach seemed private. I’ll be back soon.

My sisters and our daughters enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. The wrap around balcony gave us a spectacular view of the ocean. We sat outside and listened to the waves at night. We had easy access to the pool area and the beach.
We would love to come back again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The apartment is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. It’s also very well-equipped with everything you might need, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The highlight, however, is the stunning view of the beach—absolutely breathtaking! My experience here was excellent, and I would definitely return for another visit if I have the chance. Highly recommended!

this condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was great. We could be in the shade in the evening. The view was fantastic. They were extremely Ible on my check in time. I could not have asked for a better experience.

What a great property! Perfect location on a relatively quiet stretch of beach. Great swimming pool. The condo itself is huge and beautifully furnished. First time getting a rental that actually had every single thing we could possible need in the kitchen and it isn’t junk stuff it’s all nice! There wasn’t a single thing to complain about! Thanks for a fun stay!

We just returned from a 3-night stay in Hidden Dunes 1305 and it was wonderful! My family enjoyed the well-appointed condo, the property amenities and especially the beach service set-up. Our condo was spacious, clean and exactly how it appeared in the published photos. We had no issues to report but we certainly appreciated the communications from RealJoy that let us know they were available if we needed something. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing property. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The condo is spacious, upscale and has a breathtaking view. It was everything we needed on the inside and the pool was great. The area surrounding the condo is not what I expected, it’s a bit run down and I was nervous when we got into the elevator. It wasn’t very inviting on the self check-in but the condo is absolutely great. We had to drive a lot (sometimes farther than expected) to do most activities activities (Like the Pier) but I do appreciate that we never dealt with a crowd at the beach or the pool. It was really nice to be on a private beach with the easy chair and umbrella access. The balcony was amazing!

Our group of 9 traveled to the beach this year for fall break vacation. Last year we had 15 that came and rented a nice house. Several of us have visited Florida many many times BUT we have agreed that this condo was by far the most impressive! Not one thing could we complain about! I think they have thought of everything. Decor was updated. Kitchen supplies was nice and plentiful. Just beautiful! and the elevators was even Fast! Parking and unloading is easy too! Miss Beverly at the desk is super helpful ! We had rain during our stay but that cant be helped- Loved our trip and we will definitely book this one again!

The condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious and loved the large balcony. Real joy was easy to work with. The property was not crowded even though we were there when the rest of PCB was very crowded. Cannot wait to return.

This place is fabulous! Unbelievable balcony with a 2 person hot tub for an additional small fee. Incredible views of the Gulf for miles. Huge master suite and condo. Plenty of space for my daughters and I and their friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes and out Condo was FABULOUS!!! It's very evident that the owner truly cares about his guests with attention for detail. I really cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. Beverly at RealJoy made the entire booking and checkin process super easy. It was our first time to Panama City Beach and Beverly gave us some great pointers for our tip. Residents at the building were very friendly. The building was well kept, safely secured, and overall a great location. There were some options in walking distance for dining and everything else was an easy drive from the property. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on and the property and RealJoy Vacations was a big part of making it a great experience.

This home is awesome!!! Beautifully furnished, amazing view, and huge for our family. All amenities were functional and clean. Jacuzzi on the balcony was the topper!! Was able to watch my family in the pool down below and out on the beach. It doesn’t get any better than this.
