Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more then 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This spot is in an older part of the area, but in between two very busy areas, so it was easy to stay away from all the traffic, but we were only a few minutes walk to nice restaurants and very close to the beach access where it wasn’t too busy- Posted: 3/21/2025

Little loud in some of the rooms around. Other than that real nice time. The chairs included was a good bonus (though they take them up promptly at 5pm) and the location to the pool was great- though it was further from the beach (view of the beach would be all I would trade). Close walk to the beach
This condo was very clean. Being on the bottom floor made it very nice. Right outside the front door was the pool and hot tub. Outside the black sliding glass door was about a half a mile walk to the beach. The only complaints I have are about the dryers not being great (I had to pay over $15 for one load of laundry since the the dryers did not dry the clothes) and the pool was extremely cold! They need to heat the pool. Besides that it was a great stay and I will stay here again.- Posted: 10/17/2023

Quick weekend trip
The weather was absolutely freezing (50’s) but the days were perfectly sunny and the ocean across the street was a treat to dash back and fourth to see (dolphins!). The hot tub here made allllll the difference and we loved the coziness of the condo. It’s clean and spacious and well put together. Our 12 year old enjoyed running back and fourth between the cold pool and heated pool and hot tub. The restaurants all along A30 we’re easy to get into and nice but the prices startled us. Make sure to head toward Grayton Beach & Seagrove area while you’re there.- Posted: 3/20/2023

Clean and well maintained
Very clean and well maintained facility. Nice pool area. Just steps to the beach. The water isn't as visible from the patio as shown in the pictures which was a little disappointing as that was my reason for selecting this condo, but otherwise very happy. I would like to recommend sharpening the knives in the kitchen, certainly not a make or break, but would have made cutting the pineapple I had a little easier. We can not tell you how amazing this place is. Just the short walk to the beach and private gate access to the beach made this place. There are tons of great places to eat. When they say steps to the beach they mean steps to the beach i have stayed down there more than a handful of times and they all say steps to the beach and endup being a couple city blocks away but this is latterly a 2 min walk easy access highly recommended super clean up to date and well maintained we will be booking with them again- Posted: 9/15/2020

Had no problems at all. So awesome to be so close to the pool and no stairs! Laundry is just a couple doors down, never had to wait on an available washer or dryer. Most of the restaurants we went to we walked to. You could see the beach access from the back sliding door. The kids loved the TVs in the bunk beds.- Posted: 7/5/2020

Awesome location!
Had a great time! Loved being so close to the pool and easy access to parking. Only thing I would change is a better dresser in the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!- Posted: 6/11/2020
