The property has been completely renovated and features all new furniture, appliances, and décor throughout. You will love the open concept kitchen and living area that's separated by a large, island serving bar. The main home sleeps 8 guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds. The carriage house is on the second floor above the garage and has a queen bedroom and a sofa sleeper. The carriage house is complete with a kitchenette, a living area, and access to a spacious balcony. Enjoy views of the gulf from the balcony, or relax on the large open porch and embrace the sound of the emerald green waters! You'll be in a prime location of Grayton Beach with a boardwalk to the beach steps away and local hot spots like The Red Bar just 150 yards away! Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow neighborhood streets lined with live oaks. You'll also get a “hippie kitsch” feel having the iconic Red Bar a stroll away. Take the neighborhood boardwalk to the beach or hop on the bikes and head 2.4 miles to explore Seaside. This cool little beach town is also home to the diverse coastal ecosystems of Western Lake and Grayton Beach State Park, and is a gateway to a large expanse of sugar-white beach that is a haven for fishermen, boaters, and beachcombers alike.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, it provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, hiking, and snorkeling -- you'll find it all right here!

Enjoy this Funky, Free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes. It’s an eclectic beach burg with good times, picket fences, funky art, and great dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options such as Grayton Seafood Co, or Trattoria Borago. This is much more than a cool beach town, this location is the best of both worlds, enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway while still having a lot of action packed activities at your fingertips.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

As advertised. They could have have had a good picture of the house and the separate building (garage and one bedroom apartment not connected to main house) on the site.

The house was clean and very close to a private beach. We loved the proximity to Red bar, Chiringo and coffee/breakfast places. The place had 4 bikes to use the whole stay, and we were able to bike to breakfast and dinner. We also biked over to watercolor and seaside. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful family vaca

This home and guest house were perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and 2 young children. The bunks were fun for the kids and the guest house was appropriate for the single son. This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Very short walk to the beach (75 yards to the pier, then another 75 or so yards to the sand with a couple sections of steps). The house was very spacious and open. The bedrooms were not crammed at all. We loved the front porch for coffee In the mornings and so did our family staying in the guest house above garage. We weren’t able to find a cut through to Red Bar area, so that made going to restaurants easier to drive. Without a baby we would have been able to bike to all the areas much easier. This was a 5 minute drive to Seaside which was nice.
Overall this was a 10/10 stay and we even extended our stay for one night. It was exactly what we wanted and we will definitely be back.

Perfect location to the beach and anything you need in Grayton. The house needs a few finishing touches/updates, but overall a nice relaxing home to stay in. Note - the bunks should be for kids only. There’s hardly any space between the top and bottom bed. Not ideal for adults.

Amazing location walking distance to a few great restaurants with an additional free tram/shuttle bus that takes you to Seaside. Great beach next to the coastal lake that was great for our young kids. Plenty of space for multi-generation family trip like ours. Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful accomodations and fantastic location!

House is beautifully decorated with Joanna Gaines farmhouse/beach decor, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Back porch got sun in the morning and the front porch was wonderful for afternoon sun and relaxing. Beach is about a 4 minute walk, very close and the walk through to the Red Bar is on the other side of the first house towards the beach, about a 6 minute walk. The 4 Bikes were a plus and the additional beach chairs in the garage were appreciated. And there was more than enough parking for the amount of people and vehicles we had. Nothing bad to comment on. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Great Grayton Stay

It was our 40th anniversary. We usually have all our adult kids and grandkids. It was very restful for us. Just what we needed. But I can also imagine this house and carriage combo as perfect for our whole crew. Nice walk to the beach and nice walk to local restaurants…yet some what secluded. We will defiantly try to repeat this this rental.

This home is a great place to stay if you are looking for close proximity to the beach. It is in a great little neighborhood with some great places to eat very close by. The Red Bar is close, and the bikes are great for heading out for ice cream or coffee. This home had it all! The attached guest house is also great if part of your group stays up later. The private beach does not offer beach setup service, so you will have to bring your own. There are lots of beach amenities in the garage, but not an umbrella. Other than that, this home is perfect for large family groups.
