This gorgeously decorated unit offers sleeping accommodations for 6 with a large King size bed in the master, 1 Queen size bed in the guest room, and twin over twin bunk beds in the hallway. This home features a full-size kitchen, granite countertops, tile floors, multiple TV 's and impressive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal. The Master bedroom is sure to please with its stunning bay windows which overlooks the water and private bath that has a garden tub with separate shower. After a long day at the beach relax in the living room watching your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Built in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sq ft convention center.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

The picture of the view from the balcony was what sold us on booking and it really lived up to it. The beach is right at your nose. The condo is spacious and surprisingly quiet/soundproof for how large of a complex it is. It has all you need for an extended say in or walkable distance to bars and restaurants to go out. We were pleased with the whole booking experience.

We are 2 couples, (empty nesters), in our mid 50's who love to travel together. This place is also well equipped for families with children. The location is fabulous! And I must say, this time of year is ideal!
From booking to checkout, communication was clear and concise. We were given pertinent information in a very timely manner. The place was just as beautiful as advertised on the Airbnb website. The themed decor resonated thru the entire space which added much charm and coziness. Immaculately clean and well kept. Views from the balconies were insane gorgeous! A huge pleasant surprise was the availability of beach chair/umbrella service right on the property. Can't say enough about the Main Bedroom Suite. The bed was very comfortable. So much storage space. The spacious master bathroom has a full sized tub with optional water pressures in the shower. The incredible floor to ceiling bay window that overlooked the ocean and sunset.. so dreamy but it was actually REAL!!! Thank you!!!

This location was perfect for our family! With great amenities and a gorgeous view, we couldn’t ask for more. We had delicious restaurants within walking distance, and the on-location Starbucks was perfect for our morning coffee. The condo was spacious, clean, and cozy. We did have an incident with lots of ants, but the host was super quick to reply to our issue. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was wonderful. Clean, well stocked, decorated beautifully (which isn't a priority for me but a plus) It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to Sharky’s and Diego burrito, two of our favorites. There is also a convenient store located directly across the street. Everyone knows the elevator issues in PCB, but we never waited over 3 minutes which was FANTASTIC! Loved this place!!

Great family vacation spot!

This was our second time staying at Emerald beach but first time in this condo unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the cleanliness and coziness to the convenience and amenities of the resort, all allowed for a great week with family and we look forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

It’s a nice beautiful place, stranded clean and spacious rooms. All amenity woks as expected, balcony have magical view of ocean. The resort have good size kids pool which is plus for us , my daughter spend majority time there .Overall it’s a highly recommended place . Oh one things to mention RealJoy customer services it’s a top rated, they response very quickly, They surprise my daughter with something next day after her birthday I am thankful for that .

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach! We found the unit extremely clean and well cared for (my standards for cleanliness are high & I always reclean everything-though here it was not necessary). The location on the beach and the views from the balcony cannot be beat! Our kids 5&8 loved the pools and activities offered by the resort. The unit itself is entered from the lobby part of the condo (not many condos do so here as most are open to the outside or a corridor) and despite the sky-bar which was pretty busy most nights the unit was still quiet. The unit has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc and a keurig plus a regular coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, blender, & a closet with some beach supplies. We had no issues during our stay, but if we had I have no doubt that Real Joy would've handled them as they checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were doing well. We've stayed at this resort in the past and this was our favorite unit. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Location made for the Best Trip!

We will make it a point to try and stay here every time we come to PCB. The condo was just as expected. The only issue we came across was only having 1 parking pass in our condo and needed two. Security helped us out but it caused some brief stress. The beach was amazing and easily accessed. All the stuff we were allowed to use in the room was a big plus. We all had a great time and staying here helped make that happen!
