Everything was great! They had chairs to use for the beach and nets for my little for the beach. Everything you need to enjoy your stay without having to pack a ton. The only thing bad was that the ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work but it didn’t affect anything for us with the stay. And they elevators are right by the bedroom so that was loud in the mornings and they were working in the elevators and that too was loud, the property only had one working elevator during our stay. I’m not complaining or making it affect my stay nor review.

This was our second time staying at this unit. Truly love the location and that it is on the second floor so you are not dependent from the elevators (which was especially great this time, since two out of the four elevators were down while we were staying here).
The unit is clean and perfect for two adults and two smaller kids. Easy beach access, walking distance to several restaurants, there is a decent sized gym, and the heated pool is bonus.
Would stay here again!

What a beautiful view! Lots of walking and stairs which we didn't mind, but take that in to consideration. Lots of amenities and activities for teens: game room, activity center, pools, beach, hot tub, Starbucks on premise. Place was very clean and host was phenomenal with communication!!!

This was a very nice place it smelled really clean when we walked in! Great location and the view was beautiful! It was a little tricky finding the room at first because it was on the Wyndham side not Emerald Beach side. We found it and Raya was amazing she helped too! I do have two suggestions that might help the next person change the toilet out for a higher one for older people and maybe keep a small vacuum for the hard floors ( for someone like me I lose a lot of hair so the vacuum would have been great) Overall a great getaway and we will stay there again in the future! Thanks for a wonderful vacation home??

We had a great stay! The unit is close
to the elevators so lots of foot traffic at all hours and some noise at night. I loved being on the second floor with an amazing view! The unit was very clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four! Would stay here again!

Condo was just as described. I read the reviews and all said it was clean. That was most important to me and it was very clean, smelled nice, furniture was clean and in good shape, bed was perfect and didn’t have any odors… another thing I’m picky about. Also loved that it was on the second floor. We had a perfect view of the ocean and we didn’t have to wait on the elevator. The only thing I would change is to add a Keurig coffee maker instead of or in addition to the regular coffee machine.

We loved the location on the Gulf! It was close to many restaurants and activities. The condo was just the right size for us and very well stocked. Most of all, the owner worked with us and the management company, Real Joy Vacation Rentals were the best we have ever experienced. They responded quickly to our questions and requests and they urged us to let them know if we needed anything else.

Always a nice time here. Very clean and comfortable for a guys ski weekend. Outdoor fire pit has awesome views. Will be back.

The condo was exactly as presented. Spacious, comfortable, easy access to the stairs which meant avoiding always taking the elevator to the beach or pool. The view from inside or from the balcony was just what we wanted… the beach and water. Plus the sunsets were beautiful!

This place was perfect for my fiancé and myself. The room was clean and view of the ocean was BEAUTIFUL!! Highly would recommend. The garage was a hike from the room but that didn’t matter to us. Will be back for sure!!

It was amazing, the condo, the staff, the views, easy check in and out. Convenient to shopping and food. You also could see the pier from your room. The pools are amazing as well. Will definitely be coming back to room 235.

We enjoy staying at Emerald Beach, as this is our third stay there. I would suggest putting another lock on the door, so that children can’t easily open the door. This unit has nice appliance and cooking utensils that you may need. Also, this unit is located on 2nd floor and near elevator and stairs which makes it easy access.

First of all, thank you for sharing your unit with us. Very clean, nice furniture and beautifully decorated. We will rent again. More needs to be shared about the convenience of this condo's location. If you can walk two flights of stairs, you never have to get on an elevator after arrival. We walked out the door and to the left were stairs that took you down to the beach. To the right were stairs that took you to the walkway to the parking garage. There is an elevator outside the room also, but we never saw it used or did we use it. The only negative thing for us was that it was bike week, and we could hear them going up and down the road at night due to the location of the bedroom. We bought a fan to block out the noise, and all was perfect. My only recommendation to the owner, would be to buy a stand-up fan for the bedroom to help block out road noise on these occasions. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we will definitely rent this unit again.
