Edgewater 3-1012 is a gorgeous 2BR/2BA condo that has been updated with new flooring, a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, shiplap ceilings, new bathrooms, and furniture! This Gulf FRONT unit boasts stunning beach views from the balcony, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. With a king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the guest room, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Have your morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony, take a dip in the beachfront lagoon pool, and explore the endless activities at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort has its very own golf cart shuttles that are provided to take you where you would like around the resort. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day.

If you're looking for more adventure, the following water sports and activities can be arranged: Dolphin encounters, Banana Boat rides, Sailboat Rides/Rentals, Jet Ski Rentals, Boogie Board Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Eco-Tours and Surf Lessons.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

It was just as described and beautiful. I loved waking up to see the ocean first thing in the morning. My teenage boys only used the beach and pool a couple of times. We didn’t really use any of the resort amenities except the store. The food was found to be expensive and the fitness room outdated. The room itself was great, along with a nice view. Make sure to bring your own coffee filters and not k-cups, laundry pods/powders, dishwasher pods, tissue, etc. more towels and wash cloths would have been useful. All else was great.

We plan to return! The entire place was beautiful and the condo was spacious, clean and accommodating. We had everything we needed to cook and relax as if we lived there. The pools were fantastic and the stretch of beach was phenominal. I have pictures of the best sunsets! Starbucks on site, heaven. The good at Oceans was the best we had on our trip! You never have to leave the resort. Thank you for always communicating and giving us exactly the vacation we needed. See you again!

This really is a great rental. My only complaint is the master room does not cool as well as the other part of condo (even with blinds kept closed 24/7). A fan would be nice in there.

Clean and well maintained condo. Furniture in living area could use some updating for comfort but condo is as appears. Beds are comfortable and sleep well. Nice dining area with room for a family. Have been coming to Edgewater for my whole life. Best place to stay in Panama City.

My wife and I spent a month here in Feb 2023. During the past few years, we have had similar month-long stays every winter in various cities throughout the country. This is one of the best. Outstanding view of the Gulf, great decorating (it clearly was recently renovated), very comfortable, nice modern kitchen and bathrooms, excellent response time (communication) for questions/issues, good pools, etc.
Minor opportunities for improvement (not a big deal) are a) slow wifi in some rooms and b) TV streaming of programs occasionally "freezes".
I would certainly stay here again. Really enjoyed it!
