East Pass 308

The unit was clean and beautifully furnished. The views were spectacular! There are a few things to mention, though. 1. There was a maintenance guy there working on a toilet paper holder in the master bathroom until around 5:40pm. 2. One of the faucets in the master bath is dripping continuously. 3. The outlet on the South wall in the master bedroom doesn't work. 4. The front door with the slats doesn't lock. 5. I had to search the internet to figure out how to lock the front door from the outside. It would've been nice to have instructions somewhere. Real Joy's communication and customer service gets an A+ rating. They are the best I've ever dealt with.

Absolutle MUST if you go to destin. I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is the third year me and my family have booked at east pass! Amazing!!! Beautiful view from Balcony! Missed close beach access for the kids and hot tub was not working until the last two days we were there. Roomy condo and would recommend. Views of the sand and water from the pool were perfect.

Gorgeous condo - decorated in beautiful island theme in all details. The balcony view is amazing and the reason we chose this location. The property has two towers. The tower #100 where stayed had cooling problems so last two days of stay the AC did not cool properly. By last day we had to sleep elsewhere. Arrival - the building interior was hot as a sauna and humid but seemed to improve. Meanwhile the condo AC unit was cooling very well but by second day it was struggling to keep cool. Called PM - just apologized for inconvenience. Comments from other guests said leaving due to no AC. The building had only one elevator operational out of two (work was in progress on other elevator during our whole stay) so slow going up and down. The pool for Bldg tower #100 is a downgrade compared to other tower #110's pool. We lacked chair cushions, rag tag umbrella if even there, closed hot tub, outside restrooms floors were filthy. Bldg #110 keeps its pool separate and locked from other building occupants. Sorry to see the construction right next door on Noriega Point. With the constructions fences - could not easily access the sand to walk to the inlet pools. Please adjust the refrigerator door so it opens on the right. Now the door is hinged on right and opens left but the opposing pantry door makes it impossible to stand in front of the frig and open the door no more than an inch between the open fridge door and pantry door.

We had a relaxing trip. The condo had great views from all balconies. We enjoyed that it was further away from the main strip. My teenage daughter and friend wanted to be closer to town. We rented them bikes and it was a short bike ride for them to meet up with friends. We liked how the beaches by the hotel were not as busy as the beaches off the main road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This condo was fantastic !!! We chose it for the location but also it had the beds we wanted in each room. The balconies and the views were the most spectacular!! The only (very small) negative I have is ,there was nothing left in the condo, not even a salt and pepper shaker. I would definitely recommend and return to this condo.

The condo was clean and we loved the view. Only thing was 2 parking pass was aloud which made hard for us find parking. And our last day there we decided to use the pool we had our drinks near the pool not knowing that was not allowed. Without warning or telling us nicely I’m assuming it’s the manager there came out yelling at us like we were children to move our drinks. That was uncalled for so rude and unprofessional. She’s lucky I didn’t get out the pool. Besides that this place was very nice and clean.

The property includes wonderful views of Destin's emerald water and downtown district. The proximity to the downtown action means you will hear the late night partying while taking in the air on the balcony, but its not audible in the condo. The location was perfect for us, very close to beaches with calm water (we had a two year old). I would like to see more kitchen items; specifically cookware, cooking tools, utensils, and wine glasses. I will likely stay at this location again. Additionally, the property manager (RealJoy) was easy to work with. They were always responded quickly to our questions and requests.

This place has an amazing view you can see the harbor walk across the way and you also have a small private beach near by if don’t want to travel to a public beach. Also at night you are able to hear the live music that goes on at harbor town it’s not super loud but it’s clear enough to hear it didn’t bother my family we actually enjoyed it. This condo is equipped with everything. They do only give you small samples of dish soap, laundry soap and hand soap. If you plan on washing and all that then you’d need to supply yourself with laundry soap. They also supply you with paper towels and toilet paper which was very convenient. The Condo is pretty spacious. My family and I enjoyed this place. Everything is close by also. Everything you see in the pictures is what the condo exactly looks like. Checking in and checking out was easy. Overall such a great place. You are also in a gated condo are which made me and my family feel safe.

This condo is a very nice property. I would say that it was clean with the exception of small things like air vents and tchotchkes that needed a good dusting and wipe down. The views and location are unparalleled for the Destin harbor area! If I had to say anything, there were a very limited number of amenities for the kitchen. We found one trash bag, 1/2 used roll of paper towels and two dish tabs. For a family of eight staying here, we certainly had to go out and buy these extra items which would normally be provided. I can additionally say that an older gentleman approached us on our final day and accosted us about a propane tank that was not even used in the condo. This was something that was already in the back of my trunk and was taken out to load other items as my family lives in the panhandle. He was very rude to us and told us we were in allowed to use it, I did not explain to him as I did not want to engage. Maybe identifying yourself if you’re an employee or owner would be appropriate when approaching strangers in an aggressive manner.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more products available during your stay. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides only a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. We would also like to apologize for the incident that occurred on your final day. We unfortunately do not know who this was. From start to finish our stay was great. The view upon entering the conde is spectacular and continued to mesmerize us every morning and evening.. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. The four lagoons on Navarro Point were never crowded and allowed us to relax in the salt water after a short walk. We spent almost every day enjoying the pool, relaxing and watching the boats come in and out on the Pass. The morning coffee on the main deck watching the fishing fleet leave for the days catch was always an enjoyable site. This condo allows for both sunrise and sunset views dependent upon which of the 3 decks you are on. The property management was very responsive when called except for one time. We had one incident when we tried to go out around 10:00 PM to walk the beach we found were locked inside the condo as the deadbolt to allow us to leave would not retract. When I had called the property management during the day for a couple of more pillows their recording had a few options and one was for after hours maintenance. When I called that same number after hours the only recording I received was the office was closed during that time and to call back during normal business hours. Needless to say we were locked in until the next morning. I did finally wake up and decided to Google to see if there was an afterhours number, found one and from the point of contact the property mangers were extremely responsive. Do not worry the locksmith removed the deadbolt and others will not have this problem. Aside from this mishap our stay was fabulous and I would highly recommend this unit for rental and we plan to come back as well. Oh, I would add that there are quite a few numbers you need to have handy to access the elevator, condo, gates for the access, pool and walking path. We just made sure we always had a phone handy for any one that left the condo and never had an issue, After the second day most of the numbers were ingrained in most of us anyway :)
