Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. At the gated Crystal Dunes resort, there is a wide variety of activities that await you. With a private gated entrance and direct beach access, this is the ideal getaway for families or couples. Amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated community pool, a hot tub, and a grilling area. Crystal Dunes is conveniently located near Henderson State Park, less than a mile from Destin Commons, and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Destin like Camille’s at Crystal Beach and 790 on the Gulf. There is truly something for everyone at Crystal Dunes.

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also close by.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Absolutely amazing views! Beach access is only 2min walk, having a beach chair and umbrella on the beach included was awesome. Bbq are not worth using they are tiny.
Will definitely be staying here again

Wonderful!

Very nice property! So nice having a private beach and setup. We saw dolphins from our balcony! Short walk to nearby coffee shop and cafe. A great place to unwind and relax.

Beach view amazing

Me and my family absolutely loved waking up to beach views everyday! The kids were either at the beach or in the pool. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a beach stay but still close to everything!

This was a 'girl trip' with my daughter and two adult granddaughters. We had a great time. The only 'down side' was the heat, crowds and traffic. I usually travel to Destin in the early spring or late fall after schools are back in session and the weather is cooler so I wasn't prepared for the crowds. I'm retired but we worked around everyone else's work schedule and that meant going in June. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful and a great place to enjoy early morning coffee or evening wine.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful vacation. It was a beautiful property. Met our expectations. We did have issues with the washing machine but property management sent a repair man out the next day and when the problem could not be fixed quickly, they arranged for us to use a laundry service at no cost to us.

Wonderful Vacation

Great location and beautiful condo. Everything was clean, however the kitchen faucet needs repairing. We didn’t have WiFi and needed it for work, however management was very apologetic and provided a gift card.

Crystal Dunes 304 did not disappoint! The views were stunning - worth every cent. The condo is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. We spent most of our time on the balcony just watching the water. The private beach spot was a plus, and I recommend renting the chairs for the week. We also appreciated the quiet and calm once the sun goes down. Highly recommend!
